Kinda funny that this is one of the few instances they followed the game 1 to 1. The story does a lot of "what ifs" to the storyline, like what if Emil was the one who turned Pascal into a pacifist, or what if Eve died instead of Adam, or what if Anemone died instead of Lily and she became the Resistance leader instead. Seeing references to supplementary material outside of the game was neat too. Also the references to Nier Replicant and Drakengard were great.
@@Lord_Viscerate So in the game the various weapons you collect each have a story to them, you unlock each stage/part of the story each time you upgrade the weapon, the stories are unique to each weapon and although short they are enjoyable to read and at times disturbing If you go to the menu and go to weapons you can select a weapon and an option will appear for you to read its details, equip it or view the story. Lastly seeing as you're new, just a heads up, if you want to upgrade your weapons to the highest level you have to go to the blacksmith in the forest kingdom, his place is located just below the royal chamber/save point in the royal chamber, you just need to pull the block out of the way, have a good day mate:)

It also is the only game, that i have ever played to a hundred percent (platinum), before just recently, my Ps4 had a complete data wipe, due to an energy shortage. The last incentive, as i am sure you know, is for the player to delete their save data, for the greater good. Although it was very painful, I couldn’t have asked for a more bitter sweet ending, to this Gen of Games.

They did, there are some interesting changes in inflection and phrasing (such as 2B saying Emotions are STRICTLY prohibited, or saying that It's completely unnecessary for him to be so formal). the audio for the video is using the game's English dub, the Anime didn't have an English dub when this video was posted on youtube. Also what's interesting is that Pod 042 sounds different in the anime's English dub (same actor, just using a deeper voice/effect) sounding closer to the Japanese version. Later episodes add a lot of stuff so it wouldn't work to just reuse the lines from the game.
I prefer the game over the anime in my opinion the game cut scene run so smooth unlike the anime laggy a lot of missing frames, in game also slow motion works a much better than the anime.

Starts off that way, with subtle differences, but each subtle shift creates a butterfly effect until a MASSIVE shift in Episode 9 causes things go crazy in episode 11.
Assuming you know the 2E twist already, S models, particularly 9S, are naturally curious, and end up snooping around a lot. Because of this, they often stumble across forbidden data or secrets (like humanity being extinct & Yorha being created by other androids), and E models kill them to prevent them from revealing the secret to other models.

this is genuinely one of the first Open World (still pretty linear but it's good) games to get an Anime adaptation that's going very well
