You hearted your own comment on a video that's about a program that installs more malware to your system than it removes, looking at the like to dislike ratio, you're probably also the only like on this comment too aren't you? Norton is utter garbage that kills machines. Norton was the reason two hard drives failed on an old laptop, after the first drive failed my family member just reinstalled windows and norton and went on, disappointment their drive was dead and data lost, then a couple weeks later the same thing happened. Gave the machine to me, nothing was wrong, at least not with the hardware. I put another drive in it and reinstalled windows and never even saw the norton website, and the computer is still running fine 4 years later. If you download norton, you're digging a grave for your machine, and if you paid for norton, you're paying them to destroy your computer.
I finally dropped all Norton products for the constant ads they used their software to serve to me. No matter the settings it kept happening. Not interested in paying for a product that spams.
The absolue best thing you can do with Norton 360 is set fire to any packaging/physical licence key, then format the PC to make sure you got rid of that crapware.
2:51 A VPN has nothing to do with anonymity. I think that should be obvious at this point. Use the term "private" instead, although that's a controversial term, if the VPN is affected by common IP leak exploits as well.
This video could be out of date, because recently Norton 360 got an update pushed out, which was a full rework. The new rework UI is horrendous, a ton of false detection and false website blocking which is a pain to whitelist. an example was recently Reshade was getting blocked. The prior version, or the version shown here, was rock solid. The new one is putrid. Terrible UI, annoying pop ups, promotion material for other norton features. Forgot to further add, Norton's new UI is basically AVAST, since the merger is finalised/locked in, the new engine/etc update they pushed has basically AVAST skin on it. Which is why it was super annoying to use, and i cancel my renewel, i still have 50 days left, but the new N360 is just god awful from UI/User experience.
There are many discounts available for 1st time purchases of just about all antivirus software, however, once you find an AV software you like or are comfortable with, is there a way to escape paying the high renewal fees associated with most?
Hey, if you wish to stay with the same provider, the best option is to cancel your automatic subscription and purchase a new one using a different email address.
Could you please elaborate I’ve been using it for years and the utilities alone seem to be worth it computer speed up significantly after running the clean up stuff. Only had small issues with it removing programming assignment code for school
I've been using Norton for a few years now and after reading all the comments I don't have none of the problems that they all have I don't have random pop-ups and if I do it's something that is actually useful .

I got the same issue, but it seems like all apps are like that now. Always trying to get an extra 60 dollars a year out of me annoys me.

Sponsored by Norton 360. What a shock. Welp, I know I'm never coming back to this godforsaken channel.
I payed ….and what do you think
Never again ….
Norton is very hard to unsubscribe from automatic renewal
Never trust reviews of a product that is also sponsoring the channel

Aren't you supposed to disclose sponsored content on this platform? 😂
Thanks, now I can protect my divers
I get reminders to update Norton subscription EVERY DAY, with no unsubscribe option. They are scammers with nothing to do with Norton.
Great video
Could it be Antivirus
Said it's free, a new phone $ 60
I'm not that worried about it
