The papaya can be cooked with saltfish and it can go with stew beef. It's taste is similar to chocho
Some can wrap up in the banana leaves and put in a dark dry place. This will continue its development and wripen dem. The younger ones can cook like you suggest and also pickle and use to tenderise meat. Also useful fi pain relief. The milky stain good for nough tings.
Oh my gosh, I love papaya(pawpaw) and when I saw the tree on the ground my heart dropped🥺 but the farm is so green and beautiful🥰
