Don't want you to get sick as I will have no recipes which mean no cooking and no food. Don't want to starve😊😊😊😊❤

Thanks guys for preserving the culture, teaching the younger generation how Jamaicans prepared their food 🔥 The only issue I have is the plastic over the rice... I don't think it's healthy the heat react with the synthetic chemical in the plastic and may release into the food. These chemicals may be carcinogenic. My views, not tested😂
AGREED, new viewer here , i was hoping it was mentioned before, some you tuber are sensitive especially if they have been doing something for a long time,other Jamaican you tuber has also put plastic over the rice . Maybe an alternative can be suggested to him.
