- Chadahn is my f**king boi. Fave Boss. Quick list of the real bulls**t. His collapsing stars setup can be a frame trap if he does the jump attack from mid range, his shockwave can hit you if you are underneath him and it is invisible (it kinda starts from behind him a bit), and his shockwave is a good example of boss projectiles that can get hung up on terrain and freeze in place. This is from my infamous "Suck it Anderson" Elden Ring challenge run. I always nickname runs so they aren't such a mouthful, but basically it's a Zweihander only, RL1+0 build. The point of this run is for me to have fun mastering the bosses while showing that anyone with two eyeballs and a heartbeat can learn the bosses, and to show that colossal weapons are better now than they have ever been. The posture system is a better incentive to playing aggressive than the rally system ever was tbh.

died a bunch of times in rhadan, just literaly watched 2 mins of the vid and did him hitless with no summons like wtf lmao. Honestly best unintentional dodging tutorial ever

I like that you can use multiple good weapons at level 1 in ER

The attack at 0:47 I do 3 fully charged attacks on his left leg and I’m always totally outside his hit box, not sure if it’s 100 percent consistent but it’s always worked for me so far
It worked consistently for me even in the second phase. Currently doing my lvl1 run, though Im upgrading my weapon
Been using Zwei on an RL1 run, these videos have been awesome for helping learn the fights. Whenever I'm unsure how to dodge an attack I just try to copy you

I would love this boss if collapsing stars wasnt such a broken PoS attack to frametrap you (and the occassional bouncing of the shockwave). Great work man.
I used to think that move was jank because at medium range you can roll it no problem but he can frame trap that with a jumping attack, so you're positioning had to keep this in mind. Turns out you can sprint strafe this even without mounting on Torrent so you can just run to the side and then roll the jump attack.
@@loopine oh damn i didnt know that. Collapsing stars always seemed like an attack that needs to be rolled. Thanks for the info, i‘ll try that out and practice it!
@@loopine yeah that's the strat i used against collapsing stars. makes them very fair and honestly a pretty neat attack.

on my 1st playthrough this guy took me 6 amazing hours to master and i loved it. now he is rather easy cuz you can abuse his thigh gap more than with vordt but still a pretty good fight attached to what is prolly the coolest char in ER also in phase2 and 3 he has more challenge cuz he is so damn agile.

Since you like challenge like myself, I highly recommend you try and beat spelunky 2 (normal, hard and hardest ending). It's the hardest modern game imo. It's super addicting and a massive rush. Don't judge it by it's cover please. Just trust me when I say you will be hooked and it's the perfect game for your subs to enjoy bc it's thrilling to watch. You can die 1000+ ways. When you master it there's no better feeling in the world!
