I was actually researching about dementia and eventually terminal lucidity. This popped up on my search results and I was not disappointed! The song itself has a lot of charm and the video tells a wonderful story!
Awesome track, pal! I stumbled upon this video by accident while looking for detailed information on terminal lucidity. I'm even surprised that there are so few views. I don't know if it was intended that way, but the combination of audio and video creates synergy, and I felt sad. Very beautiful and tragic. (btw, I love this) Thank you!
Thanks bro! The track has a deep lore and yes, it is intended to feel that way. The story was written at the same time as the song. I'm writing a follow up track to this one a little more upbeat one to complement this one. Thanks for stopping by and for the sentiment. I appreciate it a lot. :) -Skeletr0n
I had the same experience. I feel the video represents the phenomenon of Terminal Lucidity beautifully. I hope this artist does something bigger with this story and it gets them recognized for its creativity because this is a true artist. Definitely earned a subscriber, #141!
My story about it The girl is in the last minutes. The reaper found her and trying to take her but due to terminal lucidity, the girl got better when he was trying to take her. They spend a lot of time together. They look lovely but after the day that she spent on with the reaper, Her time is almost come. When she woke up, her last memories is about the xenophone(?) that the reaper played. She was finally on the her adventure ends.
Description kinda explains it, but I like to dig into stuff, so I will try to get as much as I can from this. First, when girl sleeps and death shows up, it shows that girl tries to sleep, but death (in this context, anxiety from thought of dying) is trying to make it harder to her, but she doesn't care and continues sleeping, this might express that she currently isn't concerned about that, or she just doesn't think about that. Second scene, girl is waking up in the morning, death is trying to understand xylophone, this shows that Death isn't almighty, so girl decided to take it and play on it, either for fun or to show Death how to, at first Death is mad because his main reason of appearance is to take her to place where you go after dying (or just to take her life), but after she starts to play, Death notices how it's fun and there is more into existance than only death, Death became excited, he and girl start to have fun, playing games and stuff, this shows that girl is getting used to thought of dying and isn't scared of it anymore, then Death shows her butterflies, they probably represent souls of people he took, he probably shown her that to explain what will happen when they finally will go where Death came to take her. Third scene, girl wakes up again, doctor comes inside room, and probably tells her that she will be alright, Death understands that (We don't see that but I like to interpret it that way), he comes out from hiding, and wants her to clap hands, in middle of clap he disappears, it represents that death is no longer concern of girl, xylophone playing (and retrospection after that) represents her thinking about last couple of days/hours when she was getting ready to go, and she is happy that she won't have to go yet, but also because she had fun. That's all, it's probably wrong from original intentions, but I like interpret stuff, thanks for reading.
Hi MicroPanda, Thanks for digging so deep into this, I very much enjoyed reading your interperetation of the story. There are some things that are true to your interperetaiton and some that aren't true to the full story. I am in the process of finishing the script of the story, and getting geared up to make the music videos. The first music video will be dropped in October of 2022 (Hopefully it doesn't get postponed), for the track "Eternal" from my album "Bittersweet." This was the music video for the last single dropped from the album. There are 16 more music video's to come. I would love to get all 16 videos out sooner, but this is a much bigger endeavour than I originally anticipated. Bittersweet is a movie, the album is the soundtrack. Based on that, you're the first person to know that the songs match the music video's, and what will happen in them. Cheers mate! -Skeletr0n
@@skeletr0n_music Thanks for reading it! I am glad that something I have written was read by you! And I can't wait to see rest of music videos when they will come out (and try to dig into them as deep as I can ;) ). Keep on doing good job!
NICEEEE, i got here searching for a song of a game called "The binding of issac", awesome game btw. incredible song, you have earned a like. sorry for mi english :C
Jessie was a lifelong friend, that was actually the first person I ever talked to going into public school (for me kindergarten she was in 1st grade). She passed away in 2018, and I couldn’t think of any better way to tribute her than with music because we both loved it. Then I met Suki and we started production on the video because Suki is an animator, and was also one of Jessie’s online friends. Took use a few years to complete this but this was one of the most fulfilling projects I’ve ever done because it meant something for me in the heart. Thank you! -Skeletr0n
I liked the part where Death tried to scare her and she just doesn't care. Btw, I love the story and it was very interesting in its own degree. Subbed btw (also, what's the track's genre? I'm kinda curious as the beat pattern's kinda new to me.)
Its enough to make a grown man cry... and that's okay.
Thanks Maximilianmus
bruh this is the definition of underrated
Death: It's time to go
Girl: Wanna see me play this xylophone?
Lmao
Death: OF COURSE!
This is HEAVILY underrated
This video should get more attention
this deserves all the hype, one of my favorite songs ever.
