    Ingredients:
    * Poori :
    For Dough:
    Wheat flour - 3 cup ( 375 g )
    Rava / Semolina - 3 tbsp
    Salt
    Water
    Oil - 1 1/2 tsp
    * For Bhaji/ Poori Masala:
    Boiled potato - 2 big size ( 500g )
    Oil
    Mustard - 1/2 tsp
    Gram dal - 1 tsp
    Urad dal - 1 tsp
    Chopped ginger - 1 /2 tsp
    Onion - 3 medium size ( 250g )
    Curry leaves
    Green chilli - 5
    Tomato - 1 ( medium size )
    Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
    Hot water - 1 3/4 cup ( 3/4 cup + 1 cup )
    Salt
    Coriander leaves
    Oil ( for frying Poori )
