I’ve been waiting for a new fancy vlog for what feels like forever, Gabi is the one who got me through 2020,2021 and is getting me through 2022 these years have been so hard but Gabi feels like a really good friend who is here for me whenever I need it

Gabi you may like the Healthy Choice Power Bowls. A few are gluten-free and very flavorful. Made with cauliflower rice, chard, and kale, plus the the ingredients for that particular meal. There’s not much in the bowl so mix it with other steamed veggies for a more filling meal.
The spicy chipotle black bean & chicken (cooked) is perfect mixed into tortilla chips, top with cheese and microwave again to melt the cheese. Super filling nachos in a few minutes. They’re found in the regular frozen Healthy Choice section. ♥️

tbh i highly doubt this is what she eats every single day. I’m quite thin and eating like this a few days a week doesn’t change my weight. But everyone’s metabolism is different (she’s also very young). And i know she has talked about diets a lot in the past
