Being someone with a heart problem herself, any time I feel my heart like physically hurt I get anxious. And so I understand how terrifying it can be whenever a medical problem occurs with it. I hope you are doing better now, you are so strong ❤️
It's difficult to explain I have the same thing .
i have heart palpitations often. my heart skips a beat then doubles back & does an extra beat. i have anxiety so anytime it happens, i literally feel like i’m going to die. so i completely understand. glad you got through the show & started feeling better!!
It’s ok to exit the stage if you need a moment. You can always tell the audience you need a moment bc your heart is racing and assure them you will be back out in a moment or just step in the back and have someone on your team say you just need a moment and you will return etc. better that then passing out on stage !
