Are the g4 tv’s automatically installed for dolby vision?
My settings on LG C1 for turning on Dolby Atmos or Dolby Vision are Greyed Out .. they are blocked and cant be clicked to turned on..... can anyone help with that ??

I want to try out the Dolby Vision mode on my new C3 but it's nowhere to be seen. In the picture mode settings on any HDMI device or webOS, the possibility to choose it is not there. How do I make it appear in the list? I already tried registering an LG account and log in on TV but that didn't do anything.

@@GadgetsGearCoffee Yeah I had a reply on another channel already but I found the answer before that. The Dolby Vision is turned on automatically if you're watching something that supports Dolby Vision mode and then you can also change its settings. So a lot of devices and apps don't support this unfortunately.
@Dolby @LG It seems to be a trade secret how to enable Dolby Vision IQ on LG OLED (G3, C3) TVs. Anecdotally, you use the Dolby Vision Picture Modes with AI Brightness (Settigns, General, AI Service) enabled. Is this correct? Stop hiding this info and put it in the User Guide. Please and thank you.

On Latest LG C3 2023 model Disney+ Hotstar doesn't support Dolby Digital as well as Dolby Atmos Audio very disappointed 😥 😢😢😢😢.

It supports Dolby vision on selected content, but no Dolby Atmos. You'll have to buy fire stick 4k max or apple tv
@@JRBowling1997 LG is very slow I doubt will they do it. even here in India a low price edition TV have that feature but not in LG it's pending since last 3 years. I don't think they will do it.
My lg oled tv i have had for a few years, the atmos just stopped working on the you tube app. Sound comes through on any none atmos presets, as soon as you put atmos on, silent. Tried it with netflix, perfect atmos still. Something has happened. The you tube tv app has no settings for atmos.

Dolby Atmos on LG C2 is very quiet. I have watched Dolby Atmos enabled content on Netflix, Amazon prime originals. All are too low sound. Disappointed 😞
It isn't true atmos it is dolby digtal plus true atmos is only on physical media like 4k blu rays

With Netflix app on my G3,even to ATMOS is on movie content,and it shows it is(It recognized my gear obv) i dont get ATMOS
But same content on my Apple 4ktv box gives ATMOS
My settings are same as yours here,cept my ATMOS on and off option is ghosted,its already on tho,but i cant access it if i wanted it off

You do not SET UP anything for Dolby Vision in the video, you just switch between the already activated available mods. Clickbait much ?
Ok maybe for the image part you're right but please.. cut your BS with the sound, as if you could have atmos (or any good quality sound worth the brand Dolby) coming out of vulgar TV speaker...
And WTF is that at 1:21 ? I know you are smart at Dolby but I doubt your audio engineers can break the laws of physics on sound propagation 😂
OK I’m tired of pretending that Dolby vision is good. It just makes the picture darker and less contrast. It literally fucking makes the image 100 times worse I am living in the bizarre world where everyone else pretends as if there’s an improvement with this setting.

remember to format after a few updates
Last update fixed the dobly vision with the vivid setting
It may be your TV. I had an older Samsung where everything HDR came through as darker, and a lot of reddishness. With my new LG, everything HDR comes through brighter. And better!
I have a G3, and it still sucks.
