- A Houston man was just walking to the store, when he was killed during a hit-and-run. The man's family is devastated and pleading for justice and for anyone to step forward with answers. FOX 26's Greg Groogan spoke with the victim's family.

Walking across a lane of traffic (when traffic has a green light) means you can be killed. Whether someone stops is pretty irrelevant if you're dead. Don't walk out into traffic at night and think cars will see you and screech to a halt in time.
