We love our shopping days, especially when we get to stock our fridge with high-quality food, brimming with veggies. Exploring the markets in Turkey is an adventure unlike any other - truly unparalleled and incredibly affordable!
Local food is super cheap!
Maintaining our health is paramount, and having the ability to eat just as we would at home is crucial. This is precisely why we opted for a BIG fridge and maximized every inch of space. We've noticed that many on the road often compromise on their diet, finding it challenging to eat healthily. However, in Turkey, maintaining a healthy lifestyle has been more manageable than ever. The variety and affordability of fresh produce here are simply astounding!

We love Turkey too! We are not following it as such but it is not far off. We just try to eat meat and veg mostly
people in the Central Anatolia region are more natural, they are very kind and polite to foreigners, if they want to eat and host you, do not refuse them, Turks like to host people very much, Regards
