  • This quick splits routine is perfect if you don't have a lot of time and are looking for an effective routine to help you get your splits!
    I recommend you do this everyday for at least 2 weeks in the mornings and at night so you can see more results! Also, please remember that you do not have to look exactly like the pose in this video, do your best: you should feel a slight discomfort, not pain!

    I've been following your stretching routines for a while now, and it helped a lot with my stiff body. I went from a complete beginner to an intermediate level within a few weeks.

    You're gonna have to already be at a certain level of flexibility when you start. I don't think a sedentary couch potato will accomplish the same results in only 2 weeks.

      we can try and do what we can slowly, i think its better to do it after excersice when body is still warm . we cannot reach her level now but its ok she have other flexibility videos that you can do.

      Every Body Is Different, Therefore, We All Gonna Get Different Results! Just Gotta Get It Done!✅️ I Will Do It For 2 Weeks Minimum, Enough Time For My Body To Get Used To The Stretches, Once Or Twice A Day & It's Definitely Gonna Help Me Get WAY Better To Do The Splits!💯 I Think This One Is Her Most Effective, In That Short Amount Of Time, Stretch To Split Video!👍🏼 Her Booty Band Is The Best Btw! And Is REALLY Helping To Go Deeper In The Hip!🦵🏼 Honestly, Everyone Should Get One!🤷🏽‍♂️ LoL
