1. Rai ko roast to kiya hi hai.. halka sa dardaraa grind kar lete..
2. Mirch ko fry karne ki koi zarurat nahi thi..
Kache mirch 2 din me hi tell me soft ho jaate.. aur khane me cruchi lagte.. fry karne se mirch ki original taste marr jaati hai..
Sorry itna sabh bataane ke liye...🙏

Aise mirch ka achar to bht famous or zaykadar hota hai .. or store bhi kar skte hai bhrwa achar bhi isi mirch ka bnta hai.
