The CCP does not allow U.S. citizens or companies to own land in China. So it sounds fair.
Because we are better than the CCP.
They should stop all foreigners from owning land, not just Chinese. You should have to be an American Citizen.
Thailand will not sell to foreigners from what I have read. The chinese they are targeting are not the people represented here but the ones purchasing tracts of land next to or near military bases. Pay attention america as we are being invaded from every direction.
This is absurd. Not all Chinese are communists. In fact many of them are victims of communism. If they don't want communists to own properties, they should target communists, not ethnic Chinese who are not communists.

It has been illegal for Chinese citizens to own ANY land here in Japan for some time,
but some were caught trying to do so "under radar" recently using bitcoin cryto-currency.

Wording providing for banning China from owning property by proxy, like paying Americans to buy it for Chine, should be included.

recently i was looking for a house and Chinese non English speaking were buying everything then leave it to sell it back to us above market price.
They got reparations they should be good just go to other states !!!!
This is good. They will say discrimination doesn’t exist but then when it happens to them they say it exists. This is about America protecting it’s people not allowing Chinese to continue to exploit Americans

It's about time!!! They have no business owning out property and businesses. If you are a citizen then ok but China has no business owning are land. You can't buy land or homes in Mexico if you are not a Mexican citizen. If you're not a citizen you shouldn't own land or homes. If you're working here, then become a citizen.

I am against this. I know Chinese people in Montgomery who are very productive citizens. Id rather have them in my neighborhood then a lot of people who has brought my neighborhood down over the last 20 something years who have no respect for our city or neighborhoods.
Well then they can either get citizenship or rent.
Have them become Citizens and they can buy all of the properties they want
