The most fun i have had is since i found Kat : ) Thank you so much for all you do
Wow Kat! AMAZING!
By the way, the "J" in Jimenez is pronounced like an "h" so the beginning of the last name starts like the word "him".
Thank you so much for these research videos! They are invaluable!
Lisa

@@dianelegere5640 put my name no spaces ;)

Enjoyed seeing all the beautiful necklaces! I appreciate, as always you taking the time to do these research videos. I would love to see a video on kitschy ceramics or kitschy Christmas ceramics. 🥰
Great suggestion!

Wow ! Thanks for sharing ! When I find jewelry I normally just keep it and wear it because I know nothing about it. I’m wearing like 3 pieces of thrifted jewelry in my Latest thrift haul Video.

Van Cleef and "R pell"
I have a video idea worth looking into , most valuable and rarest disney pins. Honestly I never would have imagined some of the prices on these pins. I came across a website which featured all the most valuable rarest and most collectible. Most of the sellers of the pins were ebay sellers. Not sure whether or not they are solds or unfolds.
I just don't know enough to catch if some really didn't sell that high so I would be worried I'm sharing false info
@TheNurseFlipper Disney items are more finicky than the stock market.
It's either dead or totally inflated.
This is why there are no specialty channels on it. 💞💗💞
Love your videos. I learn lots. Some of those pieces were absolutely gorgeous. Best always.
Loved this... thank you for researching and bringing these stunning items.
You are so welcome!
Loved this video! Thank you for sharing!!
You are so welcome!
Wow, amazing necklaces.
They are!
European marks of gold are different. Usually there 3 numeric. Like 895, 714 and more
Good to know
WOW!!! Unbelievable.
Thanks for sharing. I need to go & look at my late mom’s necklaces . I didn’t know 750
Meant 18k . I have to check them out
You are so welcome
❤😊❤
Always love the videos 🤩! If you want to you can bill me for the bracelet display you're making me on here, or if you need any mail to Bill let me know.
Either way. You can send me a email thenurseflipper@yahoo.com and we can figure it out!
Should I buy Haskell jewelry that isn’t signed but the original packaging says Miriam Haskell. The earrings are on their original card also. Thank you
I would look to verify the piece before purchasing
Fish necklace is not inlay nut tather stonrs are individually set
can you tell me, please what a Jay Feinstein three tier heavy gold tone chain with drop leaves about 15" long when stretched out could d be worth. It is about 20 or so years ole and in mint condition. Also pair of long drop again three drops from a 1" round clip back with rhinestones . Its really odd and beautiful modern design .. name on earrings is Gerard Yosca.? Evelyn Meier
I would look it up to find the exact piece on ebay in the sold section. If unable to locate it I would try worthpoint
Kat I may be wrong but I think it is pronounced Ar-Pell (like in Dell) not Arple. I know it is difficult with so many jewelry designers out there to automatically know how to say their names and again I may be wrong , and if I am please correct me.
Lol lol I thought that's what I said
your teeth look pretty!!
Thanks so much
I’m new to this so my questions may seem crazy but what does it mean when they lost it as an important necklace or important piece? What makes it “important “?
Unfortunately I don't know I'm sorry
I have cameo ring 😊
I have some dainty neck chains that I tangled up over time. I definitely need a WALLL jewelery box
That's awesome
Kat..PLEASE.. May i ask what you kbow about SAKS London Necklaces.. i just bought one q hearts small & q big one. Not magnetic..Heavy. 2 tags. Oval 'SAKS, Back is London. Rectangle 'BK' other side '20. SKN1113' A Hole in each on a link of chain, that is magnetic, & very bright lite silver looking.. So long Sorry.. I keep searching?? Did the name change? Ill see Saks 5th Ave.&&? More. I Appreciate your help..This may be too old for you to see. I Praise God for You.. 🙏🙏🙏🤟🕊
I am not familiar with them unfortunately :(
Another great video, of course!! Kat, re the fetish necklace at 6 and 1/2 minutes, do you have any idea why that one sold for $3K plus when similar necklaces sell for a hundred or two? We had a beautiful one, very heavy and full, and the stones looked just like these except there were many more and more variation, but we couldn't determine the tribe or artist and comps were about $100. I love all of this turquoise and Native American jewelry but can't understand these enormous price variations. any thoughts, much appreciated. :)
The artist and carved turquoise
did i see that right? The Cartier gold libra pendant 16 grams??? for $6000 ?? If so gold is/was at $1900.00 a gram making that pendant worth its weight in gold $28,500.00 approx Please tell me I am wrong
I was wondering if i could send you a pic of a very old necklace ? I cannot find anything like it anywhere at ALL. I can send you some money for compensation? and i promise im not a crazy person just a 54 year old woman who does not have instagram.🤣
If it's not marked I'm not great at identifying them unfortunately
@@TheNurseFlipper I understand, i will keep trying. Thank you for responding anyway and have a great day!🌞
Jimenez is pronounced “Himenez”
Hello, Cath, and thanks you for the knowledge you give through your videos. I'm not selling yet, just gathering stock. I'd like to have your tips on how to clean and/or re-polish tarnished jewelry. What are your POV on jewelry missing stones? Would you try to repair or sell "as is" ?
I don't clean for fear of damage I try to buy jewelry that doesn't need it. If they're good brands missing stones I notated it and still sell
Congrats on your new en decor. I wish l wer yo
Do these prices make anyone else think there's some money laundering or tax evasion going on? Who pays four grand for brooches and teacups?
Nope because I've sold $3000 purses and I'm sure some would say the same
Do you think it's like the art world, where the pieces are being bought purely for financial reasons, and not as things to be enjoyed?
Gripoix - French words with -oix or -ois are pronounced "wah"... "Gri-pwah"
(Yes, that means we ugly Americans mispronounce our favorite seltzer water... it is technically "La Kwah") 😆
Love your videos. I learn lots. Some of those pieces were absolutely gorgeous. Best always.
Thank you so much!
