Can you consider doing a retirement aged video that lays out options for those on a fixed income like my in laws who want to come up to Naperville around the same time as us from DC? It’s a demographic that can really benefit tax wise if more people knew the value and areas that they should target.
Yep - we have a senior freeze here for property taxes. There are some 55+ communities, but can totally help and answer questions on that.. and will definitely create a video on this - thanks, Heather!
