If you know how to tell time, Elmhurst is not for you. When the inbound Metra arrives I have ALWAYS seen people running for the train. I don't see that at other stations.

How’s the life of dating online there if im coming single man at 30’s?

My wife and I ( coming from Germany ) are in our late 20s/early 30s and have been thinking about emigrating to the USA for a long time, as I can work from anywhere in the world with my own company. Naperville smiles very strongly at us as it seems incredibly idyllic, not too small & not too big + the close connection to a city like Chicago is of course also tempting. All in all, your video + some other videos only reinforced our impressions. We're going to see the whole thing live soon 😊

St. Charles is not in King County. It's in Kane county. You should have known that. It's also partially in Dupage county.

Just Stay out of Dekalb county. Taxes are the worst in the state.

Agree St Charles is great. Mio Moto (Italian) and Moto Imoto (Asian) both good restaurants. We lived in Thornwood in S Elgin for a while, also part of St Chas school district great neighborhood with a community pool and Corron elementary.

Raised kids in St Charles/Campton Hills area. Now live in Elburn (last stop on metra) so still have easy access to it and Geneva. Love this area.

I live in Naperville. It’s honestly a great city ❤️

Grew up in Elmhurst. It was much more blue collar when I grew up there in the 80s and 90s. Downtown blew up once they built a huge parking lot in the early 90s which helped businesses flourish. York Theatre is a historical gem. It has 3 of the best pizza joints in the burbs. Robertos, 2 brothers pizza, and Mama Maria's (in that order). Strong school district with plenty of neighborhood parks and pools. Amazing Prairie Path access for bikers, hikers, walkers, etc. Elmhurst had very loosely-worded zoning laws in the late 80s, and in some neighborhoods the houses are right on top of each other. And it's Hamburger Heaven not Hamburger Helper. Easy mistake. Great video. One love from Forest Park.

A huge pro you touched on is the public transit. It just works compared to most of the rest of the country. The CTA does a great job with the L and the busses.

New to Elmhurst and loving it!

I loved the schools over there and I think it’s a very beautiful town and I loved the teachers over by York the only issue I don’t like being over there is a lot of the people over there a lot of them think there better than everybody and some of those parents are strict now to me it’s depends how strict you are I never had anymore to hung out really and when I was at York nobody really talked to me and I felt like a lot of my friends were pretending to like me I might be not prefect but I tried my best and I was very sad and I was happy to graduate from York finally
