Without moving your muscles, you won't have any movement and thus no cast at all. You use your muscles to apply the power you need. 😊

Its really not that hard to learn kinda like golf now hitting your spot everytime like the pros obviously a whole lot harder ive taught several people to use a fly rod in under 30 minutes
