Am I wrong or is he a terrible live vocalist? I've listen to a dozen live versions of this song and found only one to be good... and this one isn't it. Shame really, this a such a great song.

in fact he is one of the greatest live vocalist alive. but it depends on the expectations. for me I care to hear the passion in the song. punchline gotta catch me when I want to hear live the song and Turner is making that fucking awesome. sometimes he sing slowly than the record sometimes it sounds boring but all we can agree at one point: he is singing with fucking passion. when you watch carefully him while he is singing you can clearly notice he is telling a story with his body language and it match perfectly with the lyrics and melody. or sometimes he just change the lyrics delibaretely. match with the mood and always tryna catch you... I'm just in love with his live performances...
