Part of me is glad you didn’t include the Fairways yet, since it is still one of the best neighborhoods for raising kids and one of the quieter ones. Feeds into Purefoy, Griffin and Wakeland, one of the best “school paths” in Frisco. The FISD board President and the Frisco Police Chief are among those that call it home -
Great Video! I wouldn’t forget to mention neighborhoods like Richwoods that are gated and extremely inclusive for folks looking to move in an area with lots of Indian Culture.
Heather Ridge resident 15+ yrs, love the neighborhood and all the area in general. #1 in our book. I'm glad you didnt catch me at the mailbox in your drive around! ;)
Great video and nice that you support local businesses around those areas. Something else to look out for is good medical and dental places for growing families. So I highly suggest Pediatric Dentist - Frisco Mini Molars in the Eldorado Market Place.
What about Philip Creek Ranch? When I first moved to Texas I was told that was one of the most sought after community (maybe not :P?) . it's a huge community that has at least 5-6 subdivisions. I used to like it when I used to live there, they have a nice amenity and the HOA does a really good job on the maintenance and events.

Very informative video! We love our little neighborhood that is on the extreme eastern edge of Frisco and borders McKinney. It is a small hidden gem that does not have all the ammetities as the huge neighborhoods but does offer peace and quiet in a bustling city. Can you guess our community? Hint: The most northeastern and last Frisco neighborhood. We would never give it up for one of the newer communities!

Hi, thanks for the video, I find it very useful, I'm going to live in Frisco in 15-20 days. Is there any area in Frisco more suitable for road biking , not mountain biking , road biking ! Thanksss
I have one question on Chapel Creek. Where can you find a house for 400k in that neighborhood? I think you meant to say starting at 700k. Might be higher than that!
36:56 - "Not much building is gonna go on over there." It's the location of the largest resort being built in the US. There are plans for 10,000 houses. The PGA world headquarters is being built there. There is a 36 hole golf course being completed. There is a new HS going in there...there are hundreds of commercial lots planned for there...
Thanks for the feedback guys. Clearly my researcher pulled some dated information on the schools. I take responsibility for not double-checking. Frisco has the most schools for a suburb and they are always re-zoning and changing things. I have decided not to include that information going forward on the McKinney and Irving videos. When searching for a home, even in the MLS, there will always be a disclaimer that says it is the buyer's responsibility to verify all schools. That means it could change even after the agent has listed a home for sale. As far as "not much building going on", that was a mistake. I was moving quickly and didn't realize which area I was looking at. I strive for perfection but still fall short. I appreciate y'all correcting me and helping out everyone else viewing the videos.
You are giving bad financial advice because apartments in Collin County and houses required 3x the amount to get an apartment. Not many people make 3x times the rent. 💯 Honestly, we don't want out of state people moving here. If you're from out of state, you can expect people to outkast you. It's super expensive and if you're not wealthy, you won't be able to afford to live here. 10 years ago, it was still cheap, now it's expensive. I know because I am a McKinney native. Its super overcrowded and lots of traffic accidents because the out of state people don't know how to drive in Texas. But we had that active shooter last year. Crime is low because only people who make six figures can live here. But we don't like out of state people 💯
@@LIVINGINDALLAS Possibly the fastest growing suburb in Dallas County, however Tarrant County has much higher population growth rate between 2010 and 2020. Please Wiki. You’re on the Shawnee Cattle Trail! Frisco has a rich history & a lovely museum in historic downtown area. Yes, Westlake, Southlake are beautiful - but higher price points to match.
Work with the realtor named Angel Williford in Frisco Texas it was the worst corruption I've ever experienced I do not know where people in Frisco Texas get their license but there was more corruption than I ever care to experience again hopefully this will get out and people will understand watching you work with and I wish you luck
