NZ TV Montage - TV One from the 90s

- A montage of VHS recordings from TV One (TVNZ) from 1993 to around the millennium. Contains promotional content, idents, programme classifications &c.
This also contains the NZ National Anthem that used to air nightly before closedown - it is sung by Annie Crummer, Peter Morgan, the Patea Māori Club and Dalvanius, backed by the NZ Youth Jazz Orchestra, and can be seen in much better quality at the NZ On Screen website.

That anthem and its montage of Kiwiana was and remains epic.
I really loved the closedown of the national anthem and I really loved the logo.

That Tv one theme song is such a respectable classic I cannot forget the way it was sung so beautifully and the logo also respectable to the tradition of TVNZ and I would’ve loved to meet Barney the dinosaur as well as Jason Gunn and see the set of Home and Away and Wheel Of Fortune and got my hands on all that TVNZ merchandise at TVNZ open day

Yeah, they certainly knew how to produce earworms eh? The Prime one's similar, but doesn't quite have the gravitas TV One had in the 90's.

@@LuannOsbourne I have not responded in the way I have on grounds of sex, I have responded on the basis that your reply to Nicholas Win was abusive. I have little tolerance for hurtful comments. I put these videos on You Tube for people to enjoy, not to give a platform for put-downs, or your opinions of others who do comment. I reported the comment you made to the powers that be as abusive, and also because of that comment alone, removed most of your "Needs Havoc" comments, as they're irrelevant to the videos I've posted. I'm sorry if you feel that's "horrid," and up until now I've tolerated it, but I'd much rather have a space where people can enjoy about how TV used to be.
I'd be happy for you to continue commenting, so long as they're relevant and not hurtful.
For the record, most of these videos came from my deceased grandparents' collection. They barely ever watched TV2, they couldn't receive MTV, so there wasn't any Havoc recorded.

Oh man Inga the winger ABs vs Scotland but he bailed on the ABs after 93 to Wigan. ABs never used him properly anyway just a battering ram runningv off Fox. I was 16 to 18 yrs in the 93 to 95 period.
