In this video, I’ll share my top veggies to plant in Florida in the month of December. December is the month with the lowest average sunlight hours and lowest average rainfall in Florida. I recommend focusing on leafy greens, root veggies, and herbs this month. Perhaps the most important piece of all is starting seeds for slow growing veggies like peppers and eggplants. Starting these seeds in December will ensure your transplants are ready for the garden in February or March.
