If you like radishes try a variety called Helios. These have a much lighter flavor, the bite isn’t there like watermelon or black radishes. Helios radishes have a light bronze/brown /gold shade size is bigger than cherry belle radishes. Taste and texture is great
Happy Thanksgiving from Sebastian. Love your videos, you're a natural. Great to see how plants do in our area. I've had wonderful results growing Giant Marconi, Fresno and of course Jalapeno (several varieties). Please pray for my tomatoes, I have 9 plants, 6ft. tall and loaded w/fruit. These cold snaps are scaring me! My 1st Green Stalk arrives today so looking forward to planting lots of new things. Keep up the trials and great advice. PEACE
Thanks and hope you had a happy thanksgiving too! Get your sheets ready to protect your tomatoes, lol. It seems like we are getting cold snaps early this year.. normally our 3 days of winter come in January or February!
Hi Jen, I'm struggling with peppers too. I do have about a dozen nice looking starts with Cubanelle, Bounty Hybrid, and Red Cherry Hots. The pepper geeks are an awesome resource for all things peppers. They do some really hot ones but they are up in the northeast. I ordered some peppers from Jerra's Garden, Emerald Giant Green Bell pepper and Jalapeno hot pepper along with Everglade tomatoes and Cilantro seeds. Millennial Gardener does a lot of peppers too. He's in SC, zone 8 i think.
Glad to hear from another Floridian! Yes, you can definitely plant red and green cabbage now. They just may grow a little slowly at first because of our short daylight hours right now
There is a company called garden in minutes that sells a grid like this. I used that as inspiration to diy this one so I could make it fit my dimensions. I have a video on how I did it, but beware, it’s one my first videos so it’s a little rough, lol. Build Your Own Drip Watering Grid ua-cam.com/video/TxP4rDgcc1U/v-deo.html
I wouldn't because okra does best in the heat. It's one of the best crops to plant here in the summertime when there really aren't that many options of vegetables to plant
Great video, try the Datil pepper. I grow the sweet Datil pepper which do great there in Central Florida, I’m sure for a hot pepper they will do even better.
Serrano is a great hot pepper that grows well in Fl
For peppers, we have had a lot of success with poblano. More than we know what to do with. We are Melbourne area.

Tabasco or Cayenne peppers. Tabasco will grow really large and it can be really pretty.
Great idea, thanks! I'm going to get some seeds :-)
Where can I buy an irrigation system like the one you have?

Hello from 32958
Can we grow lady finger in this month ?
I wouldn't because okra does best in the heat. It's one of the best crops to plant here in the summertime when there really aren't that many options of vegetables to plant
Where can you buy seeds that is not online because Lowe’s and Home Depot seems to replace their stuff with Christmas crap
Check your local nursery.. Rockledge Gardens has a shed near the herb section full of seeds
@ 2 hours from me . I’m in downtown Haines city 😪
