But after that sale deed was not renewed. 6 months before My father commited sucide due to his loss in business leaving behind us as legal heirs for the same. Buyer has sent an Notice to complete the sale stating that we haven’t completed the sale. after certain discussion consideration was increased to 44L and sale agreement was written and signed by us (legal heirs) to complete the sale by May 5 2022. Hi Madam, I have paid 5lakhs advance for 1acre farm land with 30days agreement. At time of land survey we got know our owner has way (bata) issues with neighbouring landowner. Our owner asked for extension of 45days time to solve way issues with neighbouring landowners.. We agreed and got agreement with a clause of return of funds if he fails to resolve the issue within 45days.. Without informing us our landowners has filed a suit against neighbouring landowners and now asking us register the land as they won't be interfere now.. Hi Madam, I have paid 5lakhs advance for 1acre farm land with 30days agreement. At time of land survey we got know our owner has way (bata) issues with neighbouring landowner. Our owner asked for extension of 45days time to solve way issues with neighbouring landowners.. We agreed and got agreement with a clause of return of funds if he fails to resolve the issue within 45days.. Without informing us our landowners has filed a suit against neighbouring landowners and now asking us register the land as they won't be interfere now.. We asked him to return the advance amount as we don't want get into disputed land but land owner says he doesn't have money and forcing us register... What should we do? Should we send legal notice followed by a suit? Kindly advise
