Should You Walk Away From a Magic Kingdom Walking Taco?

- A Walking Taco isn't a brand new idea. People have been putting their taco ingredients in chip bags for years and years with delicious results. You can get a Walking Taco at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe at Magic Kingdom, but does that mean you should get it?

“A cheap, crappy taco in a bag…that I really enjoyed.” It doesn’t get anymore honest than that!😂
I think “big, nasty taco mess” was the working menu name before they settled on Walking Taco
Isnt it funny how WDW just got walking tacos when they have been around fairgrounds, baseball stadiums and other amusement/theme parks for decades.
It's a walking taco, it's a sitting taco, and once it starts raining it might even become a running taco.
Always crunch up the Fritos first. (Learned that from the lunch ladies at my school!)
I watched this hungry right before a grocery run. Making tacos for sure now.
Love Craig's videos. I always appreciate honesty. The chip-crushing tip is very helpful - thank you!
I believe this may be one of the first times I've heard Craig say he couldn't finish his meal.
Craig should have a food truck call "Cheap Crappy Tacos"!
It looks like it's already been eaten and deposited back into the bag. I shall pass.
You know, I watch all these reviews and find them very informative, as I did this one. Craig, great job! I don't often comment but I decided to stop by and leave a note on this one.
Here's the deal.
We're finished as a species. Seriously. Done. Look at this thing. It is literally a pile of toppings shoved into a Fritos bag. What must the rest of the world think of us when they look at America and see something like this?
I'm not a food snob. I've eaten greasy burgers and cheap pizza. I don't mind chowing down on fast food unhealthy enough to cut your life short. But this... I mean. Come on.
The first time I ever saw this, was literally on Iron Chef. Yeah, I'm serious. Someone went on a cooking competition show and served the judges taco toppings in a chip bag. They lost BTW. Which should have been obvious.
This is appalling. We're humans. we're supposed to be the most intelligent form of life on the planet. Please aspire to something greater than a TINY step above a raccoon eating out of the Taco Bell dumpster.
Get a regular taco. Sit down. And enjoy.
Have a magical day.
We can be friends.
That walking taco is so good
You could have added a side of guacamole for $2.00!! I always add it for my chicken nachos - my go to meal at Pecos Bill!!
With that many calories, you only need to eat one meal a day! 🤣
Thanks Craig, we really appreciate your time and effort to make content before the cruise. Have a wonderful sailing.
Great review I need to try this
Thanks, Craig! We've got a week left before we're there and it was such a last minute trip that I'm going bananas trying to prepare! So I love all the food reviews before you head to Alaska!
I always thought this was frito pie? Or is that not a widely known thing?
Thanks Craig! Sounds like a fun (albeit not at all healthy) meal option at MK. I probably wouldn't attempt walking while eating, because knowing me, I'd probably end up wearing it. Have fun in Alaska!
I can’t believe you’ve never had this before ! I used to do this with my cub scouts at camping trips….yes because it is cheap and easy , and kids like dumping stuff into a frito bag .
Blech! This would NOT be for me AT ALL, but glad you enjoyed it, and thanx for taking the time to do it for us.
Enjoy your Alaska sailing - hope you still get to do something in Sitka (if that's one of your stops), as I know the rock slides there caused 1 of the docks to be totally closed as of today, and might be some time before it's repaired, if at all. Never been, AK is a bucket list for me!
Great review. Have fun on the cruise.
Sounds good enough to share! Thanks 🎃
Great show Craig !
Frito Pie. 🤷🏼♀️ But with Frito Pie it’s regular small size bag of Fritos. The bag looks too big and I feel like scoops might be too big. But it looks good. 😊
Frito Pies are common. Usually with chili. Good stuff. Thanks for the video 😁😁
Great review of a fun meal, Craig! Just don’t eat it too often!
Given they were too lazy to make their own salsa, I don’t imagine adding guac to this thing would be a good idea lol!
Walking tacos have been around fairgrounds forever. I am impressed with Disney not marketing up the price too much. It’s only .99 more than the one at my county fair.
Maybe it’s because I live in a small town (in Alberta Canada) but that seems crazy to me. I’ve NEVER paid more than 6$ for a walking taco (we call it taco in a bag and we use Doritos usually but to be fair I’ve never seen it with rice and beans, usually just lettuce, cheese, beef, tomatoes, salsa, sour cream, sometimes corn and jalapeños and onions.
@@kaiaswrld other years yes it was $6 but this year the price jumped to $10 I did find a lower cost at another fair for $9 but I don’t know if a “tax” was going to be added. Normally at a fair the food prices are not taxed but this year the prices are all over the place. Everyone seems to be finding a way to make an extra buck.
What camera and lens did you use?
Can't wait to try the crappy taco
Considering what you said about the quantity of food, $10.99 for a walking taco, compared to other options... not a bad deal. I always have to remind myself that I can order off the kids menu if I am not interested in a large meal.
I wouldn't be walking with or eating that food bag.
Wildly overpriced what a surprise
Where is this being sold? did i miss where Craig said this was?
Pecos Bill
It's at Pecos Bills in MK!
@@kimberlyferguson4460 thanks
Sorry, that is not an appetizing display and the way they served it, it is also not a convenient walking item. Reminds me of the old Frito Chili Pie. Glad though that it is not filled with a lot of Jalapenos and hot sauce.
Why is it called walking taco instead of something like walking nachos or frito nachos
This sounds and looks gross. I doubt the lettuce makes it refreshing.
That looks pretty disgusting to be honest
