Great idea for gifts! Love, love that you demonstrated how to make it with the dimensions and making your own paper for the inside and using what you have to slide it down the pocket. Thank you for sharing.
This was a fun project Jeanette, they go together quickly, don't take too many supplies and wonderful to have on hand just in case you need a little something to give someone. Thanks for stopping by. Patti
The problem I have with your channel Patti is that you make too many gorgeous projects, every one I watch I say 'Oh I have to make this one' and before I can you have another one that I just have to make!!! I absolutely love these, you are right they are super little gifts, and I know a lot of people who would love one, I haven't seen that notepaper in the UK, but as you say I can always make my own, maybe stamp each page. Thank you for taking the time to show us, your voice is calming, x x x
What a beautiful gift idea. Something every woman could and should carry in her purse. Small and neat enough to fit without any problem. I love them. The papers you chose are lovely, too! TFS - Julie
Oh my...beautiful. Thank you for sharing especially with the tutorial. I will by using this as a little gift for my girlfriends this holiday season. I was stumped as what to give this year with a limited budget due to be laid off from work so this is PERFECT!! Thank you!
Thank you so much for showing us how to make your note card holders. They look amazing and you have made it look so easy to do. I am going to make a few for my friends as they will love them. Thank you again Gail
Thanks Gail for stopping by. These notecard holders are so great to have on hand when you need just a little something for someone. I really appreciate you taking a moment to leave a comment! Patti
I actually bought several of the note pads, and was planning on handing them out at Thanksgiving to help with family members with Christmas, what an amazing way to make them so much more presentable. Thanks for sharing.
Linda I'm so glad you liked the video and tutorial. Don't forget you do not have to have ready made note pads, you can make your own easily from lightweight paper. If you only have white then try stamping very very lightly (stamp your stamp on scratch paper a time or two and then stamp your paper pad). I've done this on several I've made. You can also take large note pads and cut them to size. Most importantly have fun!! Patti
Thanks so much Lynn, so glad you liked these and are going to make some yourself, that's music to my ears. Sorry you've been sick, hope you're on the mend now!! Patti
Oh Alena how happy it makes me that something I've shared will help you out. I can't wait to see what yours look like, I know they will be gorgeous. Thanks so much for stopping by!! Hugs, Patti
I absolutely love this project! I kept pausing your video & working along with you. I made two while watching. I plan to make a few more for the holiday's. These are a perfect gift. Thanks for sharing the step by step directions with us. JIL
Thank you Christine, so glad you liked these little folders and you're finding some inspiration from my channel. Not sure my family would agree about my 'calming' voice, lol lol, but glad it's ok on your end. Patti
Welcome Sherri so happy to have you stop by. Glad you liked this projects, you'll find them to be fun to have on hand when you want just a little something to give someone. Patti
Omigoodness, Patti, what a cute idea for quick and easy gifts. (And boy we need more of those, don't we!) Thanks for showing how to do it. Shouldn't take much time to make and it turns out so pretty. Gotta try it! Big hugs, Ruth Ann xo
This shows how far behind I am with my "watch later" videos as I am just now commenting. I have some of those note pads that I picked up at Michael's myself quite a few months ago and these holders are just the perfect project to keep them in. Beautifully done, Patti, and thanks so much for the tutorial!
Oh Kim I kn ow what you mean! I've been visiting family the past few weeks and have not watched any videos so feel really behind. So glad you liked the note pad holders! Patti
Yeah Yeah Yeah, this is what I love to hear. I'm glad you made some and saw they were as simple as I said. You'll be so glad you have them on hand if not through the holidays the year round when you need just a little something for someone. I hope you take some photos and post them so I can see, hint hint, lol. Patti
Just finished one with a pink theme for my sister. Now I need to start mine! Thank you so much, all of your creations have such beautiful designs! They are all so inspiring and my family and friends always ask me where I get their gifts from. I always direct them straight to your videos! Thank you very much! Hope to see more videos!
What nice comments to wake up to! Thank you so much for your support and I'm so happy that something I shared inspired you to make for you family and friends. Patti
Thanks Jan, have fun with these they don't take much time and depending on what embellishments you use can be as simple or as elegant as you want. Patti
Oh thanks so much. The pink notepad came from the laziness of not wanting to run back to town to find more notepads with different designs. I did one set of notepaper that I added some lightly stamped images on the pages. Patti
I have enjoyed watching your tutorial very much. I have made three of these note pads so far, one out of basic pieces left over from Graphic 45 Artisan Stack, and the two others from left over pieces from other stacks I bought last year. I like the magnetic closure idea so much as I usually made my notepad folders with Velcro strips or made a belly band. It took me about two hours to make one and it was a lot of fun too. tfs
I love these! They would make wonderful little gifts like you said. Hostess gift at Thanksgiving and Christmas or anytime. Thank you for another beautiful idea and video. You are so kind and talented. Thank you for sharing.
So glad I gave you an idea you can get started on now with as little or as much out of pocket expense as you want. I'm sure your girlfriends will really love them! Patti
Love these! I've often thought there should be a good way to modify those inexpensive but pretty notepads that Michaels has in the dollar bins. Can't wait to give this a try. Love your style!
Thank you so much Patti, such an ingenious wallet. Your instructions are very clear , I shall be making several, they make an ideal thank you present or table present at Christmas. Sadly I haven't seen any pads like your in the UK but will keep looking. Happy Crafting:)
I love this. I just bought a bunch of shopping pads on clearance at Michael's and I am going to make holders for them based on this tutorial. You always explain things so clearly and nicely. I appreciate the work you put into your videos. Keep 'em coming!
That's what happened to me, I bought the note holders and though Ugghhh I can't give them like this so thus the Notepad holder was born. Have fun. So glad you found the instructions easy to use. Patti
Patti! Oh, I've been so sick for so long, so I've been laying low. I just love these! I'm going to make them! Thank you so much for the wonderful tutorial! I love your work! It's always extra special! xoxo. ~Lynn
Oh I'm so glad you stopped by and I inspired you! These are super fast and fun to make and so great to have on hand when you need just a little something for someone. I hope you'll stop back by. Patti
+nwlady1949 Hi....I've made four so far, and they turned out really well. Wish there was some way to show you. It's taken me this long to get to them, I have WAY too many hobbies, ha!
Oh I've made so many of them. I sent one across country for a friends birthday and didn't put tracking on it! Of course the post office has lost it, I'm so mad. Guess I'll be making another one. So glad you made some too. Patti
Linda Hyden Oh Linda that sounds like a great idea, I should make some of those up too. A friend sent me one for the small post its and it was stamped with a coffee cup and she'd added a charm. Neat little gifts to have on hand. Patti
Thanks again on this tutorial. I have given these out for gifts and they love them and you being a great teacher made it easy to make such great gifts Thanks. Love all your tutorials
Irene Cortez Thanks so much Irene I'm glad I gave you some ideas and super happy the instructions are easy to follow. I really appreciate you stopping by to watch my video. Patti
Oh Sarah it's comments like yours that make all the frustrations worth while. I had a horrid time while filming this project. I use my cam and it just would not work, at the last minute I discovered it was a faulty cable but by then I was beginning to question why do I do this, lol. Comments like yours make it all so worth it!! To send a personal message click on my name above, go to the About tab and you'll see 'send message'. Patti
Good morning Patti, I watched your video with a cup of coffee, looking through the window to the stormy weather. Love wath you did, easy to do and a perfect gift ! Could I use it to put a photo waterfall into?????? Thanks again for sharing out talents, Rita
+Colleen Howell Oh Colleen they will be a big hit I'm sure. I've made so many of them for friends and family and everyone just loves them. Thanks so much for stopping by to watch my videos. Patti
Love this idea for gifting. Maybe I will make one of these for my mom for Mother's Day. She likes "useful" things otherwise she isn't much interested. Wish I could find some of the bling that is on the second one you showed. Love the brown/bronze tones of that on the top. Just cannot find anything that pretty around the stores now. Thanks for sharing Patty!
It’s hard to find crafty things locally anymore. I buy online but much prefer holding and seeing up close than buying from a screen. Oh well it’s the way of the world now isn’t it.
Thanks Sara, I just finished one up for a friends birthday which is Halloween so I used Steampunk Spells, it turned out so neat!!! Have fun creating. Patti
Beautiful gift idea! I don't have the flat notepads, but think I might try making my own using The Cinch and a small coil that will fit inside the cover--cross your fingers! :)
Oh Cheryl they are great to have on hand for just a tuck in gift for someone too and because they take such a little amount of paper you can use up some scraps you have. Thanks so much for stopping by and watching my videos. Patti

You exactly right Trina, they are just that, super simple, fast and can be as glitzy as you want depending on how you embellish them. Patti
