Hey Four Speed Films I have a video of my 96 F150 with a 5.0L (302) Windsor V8 on my channel if you want to come see it sometimeua-cam.com/video/mWdlh5OCJEg/v-deo.html
This young man is the epitome of what a gear head is, he is trying to get it done slowly and doing the most he can within his budget! I remember when I was building my first car a 70 Monte Carlo trying to squeeze every dollar to get the car done he has a great foundation with his father and grandfather’s hot rod influence! The car is a real badass!
Been watchin Ben for about 4yrs on his u-tube channel, great content with his young buds an their rides, Ben G.pa is a old time rodder an pops is also, great rides for each of the generations great family history.tks for having him on,.
I have watched a lot of videos of this car. It is absolute perfection. So cool that this car looks like it was built to be a street warrior from the late 60's by a guy so young. I cannot express how much I love this car.
I appreciate so much you showing the next generation. This is how most of us got started and we should never forget it. So be that mentor that you had "back in the day"...
@@AutotopiaLA yeah, I love Ben’s work. I actually remember watching Ben on the show Rides when they built Bad News, he was so small. I love that Aron was a big influence on him to make him another classic car enthusiast.
@@AutotopiaLA Here's a video of a restomod Mustang Fastback that looks badass and sounds badass with the 6.8L SOHC 3V Triton V10 in itua-cam.com/video/DOiU1sAvTfk/v-deo.html
I like everything about this episode- great car from a cool owner who’s humble and honest and it’s a build that most people could do in their own garage. Thanks for sharing!

Gosh man, this is so awesome to watch. I was doing exact same sort of build with a '67 a few years ago (in my early 20's at the time) and I ended up selling it after a few years because I felt like I was in over my head with how much it needed. I have a lot of days where I feel like I should've just kept chipping away at it like this dude. Major props, the excitement and smile says it all.
Huge fan of ben’s channel. I’m 20 and have a 66 coupe I’ve had since 18, he’s a huge inspiration for the build and I’ve DM’d him a couple times getting advice. Great guy!
@@AutotopiaLA Yes, he is. It's great seeing the younger generation keeping classic cars on the road. Been doing my part since '92. Thanks for the great content @AutotopiaLA
Ive seen this car in a video before, cruising around with that hell of a cool sound note! Basically what i would have if i didnt have a lot of money to build one out fully.
Watching Big Ben grow as a film maker and a hot rodder has been good fun and what I love about UA-cam! can’t wait for Ben’s remake of corvette summer! Maybe Mustang Summer! Go ben!
What you are doing here Man, showcasing the garage home built cars is absolutely Outstanding! This is the essence of American Hotrodding. All of us who grew up with cars like this and built our own are Loving these episodes because we are getting to relive our Glory Days. Thanks Man!
As someone close to Ben in age that loves classics, your channel and Ben's are probably my absolute favorite channels to watch! Gives me inspiration to keep working on my 66 AMC Marlin!
These kinds of builds are way more interesting than a build where someone paid a five figure sum to a shop to build a car for them, *_THIS_* is where it's at!
My dad has a ‘65 fastback 2+2 back in my country, and I’m so tempted to one day do like this kid, and just get one and work on it step by step. This mustang sound so good

Its an automatic with 289 and a Holley 2 barrel carb and nothing else as......I couldn't afford much in high school. Later I got an 89 fox body gt and sold the 65 to my father to get money for the fox. He still owns it and it sits in his garage untouched since I last drove it.....20 years ago. Great that you featured Ben and his car on your channel. He's got a real kick-ass UA-cam channel and it would be great if he is setting the standard for his generation. We can always hope. 👍🏻
I bought a 67 Mustang when I was 15 in 86. 950 bucks. I would have loved to have done a Shelby drop on it. Needless to say, it did not handle the curves very well. I like Ben's channel also but didn't know he was on here. You all should have went up into the canyons. Thanks always for a great show.
Love the Mustangs. Great car for the money. Sounds really great. My kind of build. I'd put a 5-speed in it just for the drive-ability. Well done. Be safe and stay well.

This young guy did them donuts like a professional, wow!! Especially as close to that one building and kept it tight! What a great story and love his ambition and the work he's put into his car. Reminds me alot of myself when I was younger lol. Perfect example of how u can a build yourself a nice quick car and not spend thousands of dollars for crazy hp etc. Just a fun video to watch.
