Where you do not have questionnaire as instrument, do you still conduct pretesting and pilot testing: for example Quantitative data from financial of an organization. for a period of five year. like Earning Per Share values and Profitability. do we still Check for Validity and Reliability by performing a Pretest and Pilot test
