I wish that you could take a photograph of that building and show us what it looks like. I take photographs of architecture, and have an appreciation for not only beautiful architecture, but abandoned architecture/buildings. Your description of how the sun hits it was very good, giving me a visual of how it may look. And, you should write a book about it, you are a great storyteller!

The cathedral in Detroit as your coming in is my favorite abandoned building in Detroit. If I could know more about the history in Detroit, I would want to dig around in the Mob aspect of it all. Lots of interesting history there.

I ordered the same pizza and the poppers before but I used ranch, honey mustard, and Thai sweet chili for the poppers cause they were more like chicken fingers to me :)
