    I have been following David West channel for a long time, practicing almost every night to do this. It’s been hit and miss. Your emphasis on rolling it extremely tightly has been a game changer And some coaching on how much pressure and how long the stroke have been game changers.
    The grape leaves accelerant Was also very cool! I had heard milkweed. I’m wondering if any dry leaf would work.
