How did you get your assumptions that it's the most obese in the world when you haven't travelled around the whole world?

BUT…to be fair it has a lot of people that is in great shape….BUT it is one of the friendliest countries…BUT it has beautiful beaches…BUT the people there are resilient BUT they uphold core values which are: Fefaka'apa'apa'aki (mutual respect), Feveitokai'aki (sharing, cooperating and fulfilment of mutual obligations), Lototoo (humility and generosity) and Tauhi vaha'a (loyalty and commitment). Family is the central unit of Tongan life. Just like every country, there’s the good and bad BUT I can agree Tonga has more good. It’s a beautiful country 🇹🇴❤️

Kingdom of Tonga. In a former position I dealt with Tongans on a regular basis. Are among the friendliest and kindest people I have met anywhere, good natured folks w/strong family ties. Their food is delicious too. Beautiful island country. If you are Tongan pls ignore this guy.

That is a ridiculous comparison. The U.S. has a population of 328 million and Tonga barely has 100,00 people. Most medium sized cities in the U.S have larger populations than all of Tonga. The real issue is what percentage of the populations are overweight and obese? Clearly Tonga is much worse.

I was born n raised in Ha'alaufuli, Vava'u Tonga till I was 13yr's old, so it has been a very long time since I left the Island. Thank you for sharing this lovely video, even though it doesn't represent the whole island and culture but I thank you just the same. You did a great job! I have seen more fat people in the United States and here in Canada then in Tonga and again when I was in my village most people were slim and in good health I don't know about now. I agree with you there are some fat people but the fact is there are more slim and skinny people in Tonga than those fat one you saw lol.

The last time I stayed in the islands it was for 3 months and I lost so much weight! 🤣 they are so skinny back home, they literally have to climb the mountain to get to their plantation 😂
Tonga still live in the chill generation like most things are free and the food are crazy high on carbs. So carbs contain fat if you sleep all day you will get fat 😂.
