  • My life spiralled into a complete mess from an early age. I struggled with:
-Ever increasing fatigue and muscular pain
    -severe anxiety and depression
    -brainfog
    -developed autoimmune disease
-in a toxic environment and relationship
-addictions to instant gratification (Video games, porn, TV shows)
-got to nearly 16 stone and looked dreadful. I could not even recognise my self.
-demolished self worth and self esteem
    -body dysmorphia
the list was endless... my future looked bleak. At rock bottom I prayed to God as I had nothing left. I prayed for guidance and an opportunity to turn this around and it was given to me. From that day forward i dedicated myself to health and spreading the word on the truth. I'm incredibly passionate about health, mental health, relationship health... everything that allows us to live a happier life.
I thank you so much for watching my videos and spreading the word. It means a lot to me. I love hearing your recovery stories and how I've helped! :) By pushing past our bodies warning signs we are not loving ourselves. It’s time to put your self first.

This is so true. You speak with such compassion for us, thank you.
I've learned two terms recently: Pushing - where you have symptoms that are rising but you keep going ...pushing through the symptoms, telling yourself that you 'have to get this done'. The other term:
Stretching - where you start to notice symptoms in an activity or task you are doing and you step back. Respecting that it's a signal your system is telling you it's fearful and out of your limits. So you step back, do a bit of meditation, or rest, or something that is joyful to you. The stepping back though, can't be out of fear of 'oh no I've overdone it', it has to be from a place of compassion for your body.
Wise words: Start listening to your body because it will guide you to where you want to be. Thank you.

Thank you James for this reinforcement of what I already know works best! Somehow it seems I keep pushing myself and I know better!

So true. There are many people who care about me and want me to be back in their lives as before. They cannot understand that even visiting can be too much for me. Did you find something to say to people that couldn't understand but cared?

Love it -- saying Yes to yourself. What do you tell people who are like "I can't live on my own, and I'm stuck with this toxic person / people." Have you seen anyone do anything creative to deal or get out of this? Get asked this a lot.

Thank you James. Could you do a dry brushing tutorial? How you brushed, where about you brushed and how fast? Obviously you'd have tshirt off so maybe with your clothes on if not comfortable. I've seen so many different tutorials with different brushing speeds and I find it confusing.
