I definitely don't think they are uncomfortable with physical contact, but it does seem like Aziraphale is more likely to seek it out just because he can. I actually get the sense Crowley kisses Aziraphale less because he wants to and more because he thinks (or at least hopes) it is something Aziraphale will respond to.

I agree. I think the kiss was to get his point across/to get Aziraphale to listen. Not so much because he wanted that specific contact.
