Try the thrust test with the other way around. With the nose on the scale pushing downward. Not that it will change much. But it’s more accurate. Oh. There is a 3s 35mm brushless motor and fan unit you can buy to fit in them. They’re only about 30 bucks on eBay.
It needs itt lol!! Flew it and can barely barely do a loop if that'd what you call it. 2s 600mah wayy to hot by end of flight... will need better Lipps or shorter flights. It is weak, control response is slow compared to my lightning quick input pusher jets... can't expect same but it's considerably trickier to fly need a nice big open space. I fly around my house with the Micros pretty wild like all over the place and no way can edf do that... just not nimble. All good though it's a good soarer for sure!!!
Thank you! Yeah, Nah its portly for the amount of thrust being made... not an impresive brushless considering there is a 30mm fan on ebay dropping 215g of thrust on 2s, granted not 100% of that thrust figure will make it out the back of the jet but its got to lose over 50% in order to be worse than whats in there now, or be whole lot heavier as a unit. Not sure but think i'm going to try and upgrade the power system.
Hello, this conversion is great! I have the same jet and it's not good for much, I would like to rebuild it, can you give tips for servos and motor? How do you fly curves .. Delta setting? Thank you very much and best regards
"She's not good at keepin' things in the viewfinder, really!" Seems to be a family trait! 😱🙄 Marking out your field of view with chalk/physical limits or, better still, tapping off the live video feed to a large screen just out of that field but where you can easily see it while jaw-flapping and opera conducting will improve your Spielberg skills no end. 😉😊
LOL you tell me! Yeah i'd like to know -- I switch all my micro's to Jumper T-Lite with the 4-in-1 module but I don't think i ever figured out the FX portocol that runs on these little grey "x-box like game console" transmitters -- the grey ones. I also had the FX F-35 Blue Angels them jet (dual differential brushed pusher) that I turned into brushless and could never figure out the protocol on it, so i switched out to a standard Rx. I'm waiting for anyone to figure it out and report in comments -- some other vids of this jet by folks like RC Saylors and a few others i posted to see if anyone knows the protocol yet but no replies that i've seen. Sorry!
Thanks man. I will give it a try. Thank you!
Have fun!
Still nose rise even with trim will is jumper next. Do u havs flying vids?

Very good info man! I used the nickel trick and that’s the only way I could get it to fly. I felt it was so under powered. Maybe I got a lemon. 😢

@@Idontdohandles please please please let me know if you do. I was thinking about doing the same thing. If it works out for you I definitely will.
