It didn’t seem like you did your research when it comes to Foreigner medical program. If service connected and what is not Service connected you didn’t do your research on primary care primary care is service connected in Manila. If you would’ve printed out your blue button, VA report, you wouldn’t have to fill in everything printed out and give to the receptionist. It looks like he didn’t do your research veteran

@DJGrape1030, so do you call yourself on here educating me or checking me or clowning me?? Which one?? If it is the latter then you my friend are ignorant. I went to the VA in Manila twice, and sat down with the receptionist and spoke to the administration and was told both times that since I am disabled and not medically retired, and not 65 I don't qualify for Tri-Care which is their go to for Vets to get care for service related treatment that the VA clinic in Manila doesn't cover. So if you have Tri-care, and are fully retired from the Military and are 65 or above, then you my friend are in a totally different situation then I am. From now on try to walk a mile in another man's shoes before you go spouting off information that does not apply to that person.

@@ogsilverback971 🤡🤡 you’re the ignorant one who comes to our country, and thinking that we are supposed to cater to you Americans. Majority of Americans who come to our country have already done their research on the foreign medical program with the VA but no it seems like you pull this. I’m a big bad American and you’re supposed to give me the exact same treatment that I got in my home country.🤡🤡. us Filipinos don’t have the big clinics like you Americans do that’s why the majority of veterans who actually are smart, do their research on getting reimbursed by the VA with the foreign medical program under things that are service connected. I guarantee that your injuries are service connected, but you didn’t take the time to enroll yourself in a program Like the foreign medical program that you could’ve gotten reimbursed with for $600 and also they’ll reimburse you for a little bit of travel time too balik sa imong nasud o dawata lang nga wala nimo gibuhat ang gikinahanglan nga mga lakang aron ibutang ang imong kaugalingon sa mas maayong sitwasyon dinhi.

American Veterans please beware. @DJGrape, is the typical hateful Filipino that does not like Foreigners in his country. He comes on my channel as a Filipino telling me how the VA system works based on his prejudices and ignorance of the United States. He has made a very hateful comment towards American Foreigners which he removed, and I warn you American Vets that the Philippines is not the nice and cozy "American Friendly" place you remember from the 80's when the US military bases were here. It is now a place filled with hate, prejudice and malice towards foreigners, and the locals like @DJGrape want to tell you how to live and move in their country like they are a dictator. If you come to the Philippines to retire, please stay in foreigner friendly places like BGC or Makaiti, Cebu, Davao or Angeles City. Or else you will encounter the wrath, prejudice, hatred and scammers like @DJGrape. You US Vets wanting to become Expats here have been warned. Do your research here on UA-cam and you will see why hundreds of Expats from the US and Europe are leaving the Philippines as more and more Filipinos are becoming like @DJGrape.

What’s up OG I order my meds from Canada is way way cheaper what you do is you get a medical paper signed by your doctor with all the meds that you need on there and then you go online and order them but you need the info from your doctor because that’s what they need to get your medication it Hass to be from your doctor it will cut down your cost when it comes to medication by 50% try that I also have friends that order their meds from Canada too. Saludos desde Puerto Rico GodBless you my Brotha 👍💪💯🇵🇷

I never believed what all the UA-camrs have been saying about the Philippines. I'm happy on my 10 acres of property in North Florida. I thought about visiting but from what I've seen looks like people live in 3rd world condition unless extremely rich. I have 100% disability and everything is easy here and I like my doctor plus I need my meds. Thanks for putting the truth out. Hope things work out for you there.

Rite, now I have 3 hippa complaints with the OIG. People need to start calling the higher-ups. They ducks here . We are really loosing alot more with the Va in the philippines. Then if you lived in another place such as Germany or Africa ect ect. I agree with this man all the people that say it's great to be in the Va in the Philippines. You're really losing more than if you were just on the FMD.

Medicare does nothing for you in the Philippines. TriCare does have a program called "Tricare for Life Overseas".

Hey buddy, we got to figure out your medical coverage. There's got to be a better way. There's got to be something you might have to go through Canada to get medication. Mexico I know they talked about that. I don't know buddy but I just want you to do well. Wish you the best brothers for life man

OG I feel for you being new to the Philippines and all but health care is really cheap in the Philippines without insurance. I have to get high blood medication and its not service connected so I have to pay cash. The VA website for the Philippines has all this info on their site. I also have to get other medications that I have to pay cash for. Thank god for VA compensation. Dont get all upset about it not being exactly like the US. There is always a trade off when you live somewhere so cheap compared to the US.

If you would be so kind as to post the VA's website with the information you are speaking of so that I can find affordable healthcare, as what you are speaking of has not been my experience here thus far.
