I live in Florida. Although surrounded by the ocean on our coast', I rarely get to go. I'm 51 now. Starting a new life. I want my home to show my Love of the Coastal Beauty. Although limited funds for things. So I need all the cheap DIY tips I can get. I shop mostly $$ tree. But I like / want High End Looking Decor. I'm excited to have joined & see your decor creations.
Hi Lana! That’s sounds wonderful to get to live close to the ocean even if you don’t get to go much. I’m so happy you like my channel. Have a happy 4th! 💗🇺🇸💗
Thank you for sharing your inspirational ideas. I loved your coral paint pour, I've always wanted to try it. I didn't know you could do it so affordable. Take care and remember to smile, it doesn't cost anything 😊
Really unique and creative crafts! I haven’t seen these anywhere else. Thank you. I had a beach themed summer last year - I may have to have one again this year. 🐚
I love anything coastal and beach themed! However, I live in MN, so it looks very out of place here. We will be able to spend more time in FL and these ideas will be repeated in our FL “temporary” home! The first painting is my favorite. Absolutely stunning! 🤩
Hi Mary! For a little extra sparkle you can add some white glitter and some crushed up mirror. I’ve done this as well and boy does it shine!! Thanks for watching and happy crafting!💗💗💗
Oh wow thanks Kim! I’ve never been called an artist before 🥰 The easy paintings like this sure make me feel happy though. I’ve never been a good painter. But these I can do 😂 Thanks so much for watching. 💗💗💗
I probably would've put those glass beads in a ziplock bag before crushing. That way they would've all been contained. Fun fact: if you would've put the candle in the freezer, it would've come out with no problem. I don't know why that works, but it does. (I learned that from another DIY er)😉 I love all of these, by the way, and watching you drag the poured paint into a coral painting was really satisfying. The more you dragged the spatula through the paint, the better it looked. These were all absolutely awesome. Thank you so much for this!! 🥰
Every diy turned out awesome! My favorite is your Corall painting! As always, thank you for sharing all of your hard work, creativity, talent and inspiration! Stay safe, healthy and positive! God bless you and your family!🙏❤️🇺🇸😊
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE the painting with glass!!! I have a canvas in my living room that I’ve been wanting to do something beachy with but hadn’t been inspired until now. THANK YOU SO MUCH for sharing that with us. I’m going tomorrow to pick up the supplies for it. Mine is huge so it’ll be done on a large scale with a lot of glass. I can’t wait!
I’ve lived near the ocean my entire 68 years of life and cannot leave it. Your creations are fantastic, you have inspired me to replicate your work. First time viewer and now subscribing.
I have been wanting to try paint pouring ,but have been intimidated. After watching you I am ready. Loved all of your diys...I do a coastal decor in the summer. So this is right up my alley.
Hi Miss Molly! I’m so glad I tried it because it really was the most fun! You can count on me to try and do things as cheaply as possible 😂 But it works! Thanks for watching and happy crafting 💗💗💗
My favorite was the coral painting - it does look fun! To melt candles I usually put in the oven on warm to 200 degrees until melted (depends on the size of the candle for how long) - just another way to go about it:)
Yay, finally a beautiful glass art piece that I don't need resin to make. And I have everything needed on hand. Gorgeous pieces. It's been a challenge finding videos for coastal art and decor that either isn't cheesy or just too complicated for the average person. So happy I stumbled upon your channel. 💙
Love them all I live at the beach and I love nautical and beach decor. The pour painting looks like alot of fun not sure if i have patients to let it dry might have to put it in the oven or hot car to let it dry lol
I LOVE that canvas, I’ve always wanted to do something like that and I have plenty of those glass stones hanging around from my wedding! I think I’m gonna do different colors, but still so pretty 😍
Love the coastal vibe Rhonda. Im going to try the crushed glass canvas. I just finished a 3 piece painting that I added burlap , seashells and starfish for. 3D affect. Paint pouring is alot of fun. I did almost 30 of those prior to doing all of these diyer projects. You will come up with some really cool abstract art.
Hi Debbie! I think before the summer is done I’ll be doing a lake house decor episode. I have some things I think would be cute for that. Thanks so much for watching and for the sweet comment 💗💗💗
Love the canvas with the crushed glass. What an impact with little money! This project is easy and so beautiful for all to enjoy for our summer season! Tfs...🤗🤗🤗
Really like all of your creations but I'm in love with the last picture! It's what made me look at your channel! If I can do that ( and heaven knows, I can ruin a straight line), i have a new sunroom and miss the ocean so....time to try to make some of these and cross my fingers that they come close to your! Thank you for sharing these with us!🌊😊👍🌾🌴
@@thedistressedprincessdiy the oceans are beautiful and soothing and free.....quite the opposite of my life. Definately make it to one of them and try for the places with the whitest sand.....colors are amazing!!!🌊🌊💙

Wow! Beautiful! I'm in awe of how you handled the crushed glass. I'm so afraid of glass in this state.
Thank you Lindy. This glass is not very sharp but you should definitely wear gloves anyway. 💗💗💗
Loved the sea shell candle holders. But I really liked the prints at the beginning also.
Hi Mary! Thanks so much for the nice comment 🥰 The paintings were so fun to do 💗💗💗

You inspired me to make 4 of the ombré glass canvases!! Turned out fab! Wish I could send you pics!
Hi Kymberly! Wow that’s great! My Instagram link is in my description box so you can message me some pics if ya want. I would love to see them! 💗💗💗
The glass crushing technique was so fascinating to watch!!! Never heard of it before
Hey Daniela! They make such pretty sparkles to play with 😊
I love the two paintings!! I’m lazy, so I’d probably use glitter on the first painting instead of glass.
Hi Diane! Glitter would be so pretty too! I’ve seen paintings in stores like that and I love them. 💗💗💗
I love all of those. I have a beach themed bathroom that those would look so cute in.
I’m so happy you liked them! Thanks Angela 💗💗💗
I love beach decor. The paintings are awesome. I had thought of doing a shadow box with beach color seaquins, but like the glass look better.
Hi Mary! For a little extra sparkle you can add some white glitter and some crushed up mirror. I’ve done this as well and boy does it shine!! Thanks for watching and happy crafting!💗💗💗

Thank you so much 💗💗💗
Hi thank you so much for sharing beautiful ideas and lovely home
Thanks so much for watching Elizabeth 💗
Great video. For crushing the glass I would put it in a zip lock bag and then cover it with a towel to see if it works well.
Great idea 💗
