The wax comes off with something wet like a baby wipe. I love the fish net that is sooooooo cool.
Yes, I normally use those wipes for spreading the wax for staining!

You can also take a small spay bottle with water and desired paint shake and spray what you want to paint. Everything you've made is so adorable my daughter's bathroom is all beach theme.

Very cute projects! For your rope, wrap a piece of tape around the section you want to cut, then cut in the center of that it will keep it from unravelling. Dollar tree bamboo skewers are good to put beads onto to paint, then stick in a piece of foam or thick cardboard to dry.

Try using the puffy paint or fabric paint on the mermaids tail makes them really pop. Yours looks great as well loved it 🙂

the yarn really cotton yard and this is good for crocheting pot holders and wash cloths. regular yard is made of arycrilc paint melts if near heat.

These are all adorable! I was at my store the other day and could not believe all the nautical decor they had! I used to have my kitchen done in nautical and lighthouses but gave it all to my sister in law a few years ago! I still love the look, but I was able to refrain from buying anything except a few of the houses. Lol! You done a beautiful job though! Thank you so much for sharing!

The adhesive remover you were using on the jar works best in paper crafting to remove excess tape runner.

paint wood beads on a skewer. easier faster. I paint hundreds of wood beads and always put them on skewers and use a foam block to dry them.

Ok I have 2 questions for ya. Just checking to make sure I am not missing something.
1. Why do you glue your wood pieces you are going to paint to the project before you paint them? The whole time I am watching you I am oh careful, don’t get it on board lol
2. Why do you always use a sponge to paint and to stencil with instead of a stencil brush and paint brush? It is so much easier with paint brushes to get in tight or close areas.
Is there a reason that maybe I don’t know.
A lot of it is just personal preference honestly. I prefer dabbing with a sponge brush and then I’ve had instances where a regular paint brush would get underneath a nonadhesive stencil even though I had it taped down. I’m by no means an expert, just a beginner crafter but I’ve learned that crafting is not supposed to be perfect and there is no perfect way to craft so I say to each their own! Live and let learn. 😁
OMG ! Where are you?? My Dollar tree sucks!! you might be able to use a tapestry needle to thread that garland. Maybe glue the rope ends BEFORE you cut them. I've never done it with rope that big though. acutlaly, I usually hold the end really tight, cut it close, & then gob glue on it.
