I know that you've stopped caring about calories and it's a great thing since as long as you feel fit and healthy you don't need be conscious about your calorie intake. Yet I couldn't help but notice that your daily calorie intake is under 2000 even though you try a variety of dishes and eat whatever makes you feel good and that is absolutely amazing. This just shows that you can eat tasty food while still not consuming too many calories and a lot of us needed to be reminded of that since we tend to pay a lot of attention to that and hold back on eating what makes us happy. Also, I absolutely love your videos.

i know you say you dont care about calories, but your avg calories have come down from approx 2800+ to under 2000. this is very good since its a small enough deficit that you will see some positive health outcomes. It doesnt need to be all or nothing and this seems like a good way moving forward. Keep up the good work, you content is soo engaging.
