oh wow i live in chicago!!
last time I went to Chicago was for my cousins wedding in december. at the end, our flight was delayed so many times until it was just cancelled, so we stayed until 2am for tickets. my mom booked a hotel and when we went, the receptionist said that she had booked the hotel for 3pm, not 3am. so then we went to another hotel. then it was daytime and we went out for lunch and then went to the mall with my grandparents who were also stuck. at night, we came back to the hotel and my stomach felt really bad and I couldn't lie in bed. so I sat up for so long, trying to sleep like that because the next day was our flight. I went to the washroom because my stomach was hurting so much and it still wasn't feeling good. Eventually I threw up all over the floor. my parents woke up and freaked out. I had gotten food poisoning from the fish I ate at lunch. I felt way better and then later on that night I threw up again into the garbage. the next morning, I drank a little bit of water and I threw that up too. this is why landlocked states aren't blessed wwoqwd
