If you add the garlic to the pot before melting the butter, then melt it. The butter infuses with the strongest garlic flavour. I use that technique then add it to sweet potato mash. So good!
Great video! I'm from Mexico and another way to prepare corn is..... Spread mayo on the cob And roll it in shredded mozzerela cheese. You can season with whatever you like but I like it as is👌🏽🌽

Everything looked wonderful. I tried making the smash taco burgers a few weeks ago. Just an FYI, if your burger meat is too lean, they won't be as tasty because you need some grease from the burger to cook the tortilla side when you flip them. I found this out the hard way.😁
I have trouble slicing meat too, but I found out if I freeze the whole hunk of meat (like a tenderloin) for just about 20 min it makes the meat more solid to cut it into steaks or chops. Just freeze long enough to make the outside firmer so it doesn’t squish so much. Same process works for a loaf of bread, I buy the large loaves the bakery makes when they are on clearance before they go stale, then I can slice larger thicker pieces and freeze them for using to make sandwiches later on. Saves money over buying pre sliced specialty bread. I love your videos, I am going to try all of these recipes, especially the pork chop one! 🥰
Kristin, have Kroger cut your pork for you. Every time the pork loin is on sale I buy two and drop them at the meat counter for them to cut to my specifications. I hate handling raw meat so it’s great they will do it for me at no charge.
Hey! Delicious meals as always! You can use the cotija cheese with any Mexican dish like enchiladas tacos burrito bowls etc! Your food always looks so yummy 😊
When I do my porkchops in the slow cooker I salt and pepper both sides then I place them in the slow cooker. I make a gravy with two cans of cream of mushroom and one packet of Lipton's Onion Mushroom soup mixed together. I pour that gravy on top of the porkchops and I cook them on high for 6 hours. The porkchops come out super tender and the gravy is delicious on top of the roasted garlic instant mashed potatoes.

It must just be new to your area. When I was in elementary school, we used to take a field trip to where they made the bread and they would let you have a warm piece with butter on it. It smells heavenly when they are baking and we drive through as well.

If you put your tenderloin in the freezer for 30 minutes and then when you cut it, it cuts so much easier 😊
