This scene exemplifies Seinfeld. Nothing happened. Duncan still doesn’t believe Jerry. No progress was made. But people talked and it was really funny.
Best part is.....George and Jerry are in this shop daily. The other regulars and employees especially must be like wtf is going on. They sit together all the time 😂
pussypasta64 it never was. Larry David wouldn’t allow it. In fact, they often had to edit and trim down the laughter because it would cost them seconds they couldn’t spare to fit into the 22 minutes.
Funny how in all the years I spent watching Seinfeld it wasn't until right up until maybe around 2020 when I realised that Monk's Cafe, the one they're always sitting in, looks NOTHING like the restaurant shown from the outside view. Funny how the mind can just accept such obviously aberrant details.
I've been to the new addition to the Guggenheim on the East River. It was architected by Frank Ghery. It's a beautiful building. Not as beautiful as the Guggenheim in Bilbao. Not as beautiful as the Sydney opera house.
George just can’t resist an opportunity to live his fantasy life to the fullest. One of the best scenes in the whole series.
Really didn't take very long either.
I'm an architect 😂
Is anyone here a marine biologist?
it's the perfect dream...he likes to read, a millionaire architect that lost his virginity to Ms. Stafford, the voluptuous Homeroom teacher
Probably the best and most underrated scene on the show. This is pure genious, always come to tears when I watch it.
George's look at Jerry when he sees him for the first time in 20 years and Jerry's, "I'm sorry" is just brilliant!
@@anastasiabeaverhausen. funniest scene in the whole show¡!!!!!!
"I dont watch much tv, i like to read"
- George Constanza
I know people that say this.
Boy you really want bald there didn't ya
This scene exemplifies Seinfeld. Nothing happened. Duncan still doesn’t believe Jerry. No progress was made. But people talked and it was really funny.
"Boy you really went bald there, didn't you?"
Favorite scene in my favorite episode hahahah. Gotta love George
Man I love this scene, it's hilarious
Best part is.....George and Jerry are in this shop daily. The other regulars and employees especially must be like wtf is going on. They sit together all the time 😂
Jerry looking at George seemingly confused "I'm sorry?" Lol
Jerry went straight for the *bald* 😂
That is just classic. Makes me laugh hysterically every time. George”oh the big race”. He’s brilliant in this scene
That bald swipe landed pretty hard lol
"I had a dream, Jerry."
The "yeah it really didn't take me long either." makes me laugh every time
“Ya know I was in detention and she came up behind me while I was erasing the blackboard… but I digress”😂😂😂😂😂😂
"Race him Jerry." RACE HIM!
🤣🤣🤣
I like her saying that....
"I choose not to run!"
I had a dream Jerry...
Perfect dialogue, perfectly acted by Jason & Jerry.
George is awesome....
wow... outstanding quality, i applaude you
You know ya got a hole in your sneaker there, what is it canvas?
What is that canvas? Lol
"I choose not to run!"
The laughs at 0:16, 0:19, 0:32 and 3:22 make that scene even better.
that's larry david laughing at the beginning
A great actor playing the part of a guy acting like he doesn't know Jerry.
His name was easy to remember because it starts with a Duncan.
Glad George is making millions.
Ms Stafford ...... yassssss
I'm surprised George didn't get beat up more. Gotta love em!
“That was the day I lost my virginity to Mrs.Stafford, the homeroom teacher.”
I never realized what an _outrageously_ gorgeous women Lois was.
It seems like it should have worked lol one of the few gfs he doesn't break up with during the episode
@@jakebee7205 Jerry had a new gf the very next eps. The girl who doesn't laugh
George steals the show, in the story and in the show.
I wonder what Duncan thought when George showed up at the race.
0:18 LMFAO
i love how you can hear that one guy in the audience starting to lose it. the laughter on this show never felt canned.
pussypasta64 it never was. Larry David wouldn’t allow it. In fact, they often had to edit and trim down the laughter because it would cost them seconds they couldn’t spare to fit into the 22 minutes.
@@NEpatriots88 Pretty sure they resorted to laugh tracks, but only later on. Like, the last couple of seasons.
@@pussypasta64 The same guy is losing it again at 3:19, 3:22 and 3:34!
Really didn't take very long either
Unbelievable scene. Gold!
No wonder George was about to walk out. Jerry was going in on him.
Lol, George did start it by ribbing Jerry’s standup style 😀
WIKI: "Seinfeld Season 6, Episode 10: "The Race" (December 15, 1994)"
Race him, Jerry. Race him!
I’ve always stressed about how long Duncan’s hand goes unshook for...
Same
George isn't pensky material
George stank at acting. Unlike Jason
That’s what blows me away about his performance
He's acting without acting
An architect marine biologist, most impressive.
He also knows a gum guy.
And importer-exporter extraordinaire.
Ahahaha, classic.
This ep is otherwise the SUPERMAN episode. Playing out his Superman fantasy and references for Jerry
Lol i wonder how many takes this took. Ik they kept fuckn up and laughing
I like how that lady behaved like a little school girl. Race him jerry! Lol😅
I've been to the new addition to the Guggenheim on the East River. It was architected by Frank Ghery. It's a beautiful building. Not as beautiful as the Guggenheim in Bilbao. Not as beautiful as the Sydney opera house.
both of which you designed right? we got another George Costanza in the comments folks.

The show was recorded for a 4:3 format. The original source will always have black bars.
well that's a shame.
@@HamguyBacon thankfully he's wrong. There's a 16:9 1080p version. No Pan&Scan.
@@MadBulik its cropped. Cuts off the top and bottom. Honestly feels like something is missing
@@kilgoretrout321 Something’s missing, alright.
There's other comedians besides TV ya know.
Jerry is a cheater
This isn't HD. It would be nice if you didn't label the video as such.
It's 720p, which is HD.
