After Visiting beautiful Coiba started to look for other pacific dive sites. Turns out only other Islands with Caribbean style coral reefs on the americas west coast is also a former Penal colony, Isla Marias of Mexico. Some reefs in the sea of Cortez and France's remote Clipperton Atoll, also have coral reef formations that can span over a kilometre unbroken; but most reefs in the Eastern pacific have spotty coral formations due to upwelling.

we did around 15m in average, not too deep
The best Place to dive at Coiba is Contreras...
Absolutely! Dive with The Ark Divers. Only a 20 minute boat ride to Contreras from their location!
