New video from señor Brady and Lady Blue is like seeing old friends, you pick up where you left off without missing a beat. Great stuff as always. Looking forward to more.
Never will forget the currents, and turtles of Wolf Island. We did some river dives here in Michigan with 4-5 knots. Still did not prepare us for the open ocean currents. Really enjoyed this production you two, Excellent work!
I dove Wolf for 4-5 days of glorious diving around 2003! It was a two week trip on the trimaran named Lammer Law (after a Scotish mountain). I don't think we did any hooking onto the reef (though I have done that in Palau). I do remember zillions of sharks, turtles, dolphins, and usually a half dozen whale sharks on each dive! I remember a dive or two where I observed hundreds (maybe 500 to 900) of reef sharks laying low in the more protected (from the current) water next to Wolf in what seemed like slumber. This brings back those great memories! Somewhere I have some great video of the intense underwater wildlife encounters.
We dive strong currents here in the St. Lawrence river... I can relate clinging on to rocks!! We don't see sharks and turtles though... just invasive zebra mussels and old beer bottles LOL. Absolutely loving this dive footage. Incredible!!! So looking forward to the next one!
Talking about the current and the added safety equipment, makes me remember the time when Alex got sucked into that cave. Pretty scary stuff. Really glad they've taken lots of precautions.
My wife and I dived off the Kenya coast 25 years ago in a curent of 5 knotts as level one divers - the instructor abondeoned the dive after 15 min and back at shore gave as advanced certification for surviving the dive - can only imagine what you guys experienced during this dive - once again, your video quality is exceptional
Glad to see you guys back on UA-cam! Your intro music makes me feel as if I'm sitting alfresco at a table with a red white checkered tablecloth, waiting on a bottle of Chianti and a bowl of Tagliatella with Bolognese!
Brady and Blue - This is *exactly* the type of material I was hoping for when I heard about your new travels. Very well done. As a decades-long student of island biogeography and evolutionary theory, this proxy visit was a highlight - Thanks!
Wow, that current is Nuken Futs! That place is pure magic! Absolutely stunning, thanks for bringing us along. I can't imagine how tired you guys must have been after that...but so worth it!
Great videos. I can see exactly why your housing flooded. At the 13:13-13:15 mark, I can see where you didn't put the plug back in the vacuum port. If it is not installed while under the water, the spring inside it can fail under the external pressure and allow water into the housing. Inspiring videos and enjoyed them very much.
Okay, I'm a hang glider pilot and very often you want to stay over the hill/mountain you took off from. But there is always WIND blowing toward the hill/mountain. So to stay over your launch site you have to deal with the wind. I realized while watching this AMAZING video that current is like WIND. lol I've never SCUBA dived so current is a bit foreign. I also sail on lakes so current is not really there while I sail. But now I have a much better concept of current. It's under water wind! : - )
Dove in that type of current in Palau at Blue Corner. The plus was we saw a Green Turtle the size of a VW Bug! The downside is having your mask pulled off of your face if you are not careful… Great story, keep up the good work! 👍👍👍
That was cool, I’ve been in a current that fast and didn’t have time to watch anyone else but it felt like outer space and now I can say it looks that way too! It’s like you take off every time you let go, I’ve seen lots of divers come up probably over a quarter mile away from the boat and have to paddle back with a BC that threw them on their face if they tried to swim forward. I’ve never seen that many Barracudas, they looked like a giant bait ball. They’ve always seemed like they vibrated in the water when they weren’t swimming. This was a really great video & I know it had to be a hard one, thanks!
It's underwater footage like this that caught my attention years ago with Delos We love what you guys do, It's truly been transformitive wathcing your journey. Thanks guys!!
When I heard 5 to 6 knots current I though that's when you hold on for dear life and feel like a flag in the wind. Great video B&B. Hope you guys all the best, be well.
Thanks for sharing. I still remember my dives a Wolf and Darwin. I’m a bit surprised that you didn’t see any sharks or Eagle Rays. Can’t wait for more episodes.
I have been following SV Delos for years and missed you guys when you left, but have awaited your return with your adventures. Love your new site. Your "history lessons" are very informative. Thank you for sharing taking me to places I'll never see. I still love Delos also. Always look forward to new episodes. Watching from Madison WI, USA.
Excellent video you put together! Love the music! The underwater life is just magnificent. Great job. Awesome to get lost in your underwater adventures!
I got to tell you guys I did live aboards years ago all over the world..Its the only way to dive short of off your own boat. I was where you are filming in 1984. Man I miss the sea...
a six knot current will test your limits for sure! it's not just the speed it's the unrelenting pressure that wants to take you with it...it's like trying to stop a freight train!
I was diving on the Spiegel Grove Wreck in the Florida Keys. This day the current was so strong. I was holding on the guide rope with one hand and was doing the superman. My body was completely sideways.
Congrats, you two are awesome PeePole... as Plukky would say... LOL... We moved to CO 5 years ago and love the outdoors here... looks awesome where you're at!!! Dove in Cozumel, all drift/wall diving, was amazing.... when you see 30 to 6000 ft is insane...
This was a great episode! It looked like the birds were flying right up to the drone to check it out but I see you were using your long stick to mimic a drone at the end. Either way it was a good technique to get the shot of the birds. The dive boat should have dropped an anchor to let the divers hang on and stay together to deal with that current. The next time I am near Lake Tahoe I will have to book a lesson at your school. Palisades Tahoe and Heavenly are my two favorite ski areas and Lake Tahoe is beautiful.
Brady obviously has an entire camera crew that pan and zoom in peoples faces for facial reactions this is a full pre-scripted production. People don’t care around actual bitcoin in the shape of a coin or have a full camera crew in a tiny sailboat your low IQ. You can really see that blue is a man pretending to be a woman in the FaceTime portion of this video his head is humongous without a filter on his voice sounds like he’s on three packs of cigarettes a day and helium he does not have a feminine voice. You will never see Blue in a bikini that shows his scars from having breast implants. This all got started through evil globalist trying to destroy the world with rare earth metals mining and battle born batteries. Cruisers Academy is not some noble thing it’s just a business no one is reaching out thinking that cruisers Academy is going to save the world the script is completely unbelievable and your low IQ is apparent.
Sailing ⛵ at Lake Tahoe would be wonderful, but I get motion sickness in our truck on Pacific Coast Highway 101!!🙈 Positive vibes to Brady and Blue!!♨️ #davesandersstepdaughter
Maybe next year I can come up to Tahoe and do your sailing school on Lake Tahoe. That is the place I call my hometown. I only lived there for 4 years, but that was a long time for my family. I would love to come up and do sailing school there! I water skied on Lake Tahoe without a wet suit. The wind burned worse than the water, I had to drop off because of it! LMBO! Love my lake Tahoe!
Ike housing are legendary for their service. The problem is - sometimes they need servicing. There is no way I would dive at Wolf or Darwin with an Ike housing (even pressurized). Saw the same thing happen in Komodo...
I dont get why I havent been getting alerts from you but I miss them. Excited for whats next you missed my avos blood oranges special lemons and arugula again! (almost immediately if you still have time im just off patterson. pretty dood burrito joints within a literal minute and a half. if you dont have time for at least one of them. pardon my having to use 2 separate keyboards. it would drive me nuts. oh wait IT DID. oh and if you get There without me santa cruz is the best on hollister but there's competition across the street. good ;uck, fair winds
So it’s a drift dive near wolf island? I work on a sailboat and dive a couple times a year but it sounds a bit concerning losing the group when flying through
@@jennifertiitinen9006 Yep, it's a fast drift dive. Felt intimidating but the folks at Explorer Ventures are super professional and know how to read the conditions. The diving at Wolf and Darwin is unmatched anywhere else I've been in the world. We did a couple dives from Santa Cruz before we got on board, but you only can get two dives in a day and the boat rides are loooooong. Nothing compares to this liveaboard, I am already fiending to go back!!
That shot of the Barracudas and the turtle could be on the cover of a magazine.
OMG! The turtle kiss at 16:10 was one of the most adorable things I've EVER seen!

Woooo! new Cruisers Academy! Way to make a crappy week better!

All I want to say is MORE!!!! How could anyone watch this and not want to scuba! Can't wait for the next one!
Thanks so much

The current there is no joke, I went early on in my dive career and holy moly! I'd love to go back now that I have more experience.
Brady and Blue - This is *exactly* the type of material I was hoping for when I heard about your new travels. Very well done. As a decades-long student of island biogeography and evolutionary theory, this proxy visit was a highlight - Thanks!
So epic!!! Thank you for showing apart of the world I may never get to see for myself. 🥰🤗 Beautiful footage.
Brady, as soon as you said "the dive housing" my heart sank. Hopefully the camera and data survived. Excellent underwater clips! So jelly. Hi Blue
That was kick ass! Great videography.!
Great video, guys!! Awesome footage. Nice to know that they are using seized fishing boats to patrol these areas!!
Yea, was awesome to learn that from Paulo!
Amazing
Watched it twice, second time on the big screen.

Blowed me away what you two can imagine and create.

It was odd to not see many sharks at Wolf but Darwin did not disappoint, just a couple episodes away :)
OMG I hated when you two left Delos, but if you keep this Jacques Cousteau stuff up. I see Cruisers Academy becoming my # 1 channel
Amazing footage!
It is awesome to see you guys back on youtube!
Insanely beautiful videography.

That was some wild currents! Now, suspense to find out about Brady's camera - that would be such a bummer to lose.
Hope for the best!

Best dive video
What an epic dive! I would be terrified.
Awesome video showing some extreme underwater diving, loved it.
The way you captured all the amazing sea life is awesome, thank you so much 💙
Amazing film. Thank you for all the super hard work
Same awesome creativity back when Jordan was with you guys on Delos
Magical.....enough said!

I’ve had a few dives with ripping current like yours. Exhilarating. You captured it well!
Simply stunning guys
Never an issue if it's gonna flood, but when! Good stuff, been there several times, no place like it in the world. Thanks
Awesome footage, keep the amazing videos coming!!
Brilliant videos.
So incredibly beautiful!!
INCREDIBLE episode and footage
WoW So much beauty! I would never wanna leave!!! 👍💞💞💖💝💖💞💞👍
Gotta make more videos if y'all want this to take off!
Did Señor Brady have any phantom pains in his hand from seeing all those barracuda in the water? Lol
The bird shot was really unique :D cheers from Brasil :D
Love watching the videos Brady and blue. Always amazing content! Do you guys plan on visiting delos?
Sounds like we may see them in MX when we sail Lintika south this fall!
@@CruisersAcademy that would be so amazing! I've been hoping to see Lintika in some blue water sailing this year :) Can't wait for the videos.
Hell of a world down there, it would all be that way if it weren’t for us that consume without catching it ourselves
Awesome video absolutely incredible!
Amazing content guys! Your never not without teaching us outsiders. 😘
Good job guys
Love the camera work

Amazing video! 🫨
15:56 he dab twice
good stuff! sorry about the housing mate! go nauticam + vacuum seal :)
Turtles not bothered by current!
Na they manage it like champs! Crazy how strong they are
Why is no one commenting about that turtle swimming into camera! Hilarious! 🤣
I have always wondered, after a bird is in flight how does it decide when to flap its wings and when to just glide.
Please visit Sipadan
What a crazy dive! That current was incredible. You guys did a great job capturing it! Hopefully the camera isn’t toast. 😬

April!
Amazing…!! 😎👍✅
What temperature range did you encounter? Thanks
Great video! How did you attach the gopro on the ikelite housing?
Just with a standard go pro sticker mount, worked well!
Cool video, bee safe ✌️
that was really a drift drive, hope the camera is ok, do you hire sailing instructors in the summer?
So it’s a drift dive near wolf island? I work on a sailboat and dive a couple times a year but it sounds a bit concerning losing the group when flying through
