David, please come back!
David could have launched his music now (2023) or in 20 years time and it would have the same effect. Truly timeless
Cheers from Italy
Perfect comment. Cheers from Donegal. 😎
@@Irish875 Thank you
Cheers from Britain.
So true in everyway. ❤
One of his best song Amazing melody
I love to watch when he sang his earlier songs, he would just smile !
lorettarwll1 Me too! He was a true lover of music for its own sake. I love to see him really enjoying it!
1977
Aye. He was most chilled out singer ever. Proper talent and set a path for all alternative stars. Wouldn't see Bowie on X- factor thank god. Real musician.
He paid 100k for that smile, he got his moneys worth
And what a smile!
Miss you David Bowie, R.I.P. for ever❤
So handsome, graceful and delicate. We miss you David 😏
He really loved his band
Taken from us far too early, but will be remembered and appreciated long after we lesser mortals are long gone. Your talent will be loved for ever David. England, November, 2023.
WONDERFUL happy, bluesy piano solo from Mike Garson. Pure delight. My goodness, what a piano man he is!
Absolute legend 💖💖
Beautiful and talented Rh-negative starseed from the galaxies!!!
The great David Bowie and Band in Montreux what a treat
Forever I have loved this song it sounds so cool so moving with rock n' roll.
The incredible. amazing and lovable David Bpwie... Wonderful guy!
I still miss him, love you David
Love how the band then Bowie messed up but carried on; pure genius.
He was magnificent. A legend streets before his time. Absolute genius.
Little slip up by mister Earl Slick 0:50 caused by Gail mistiming her vocal and she gives him a little smile after. Nice recovery from one of the best bands in the bizz
the best song of the best singer.... i miss you
RIP David, never to be forgotten. Thank you for being you.
Sorride e canta...canta e sorride....pura magia...love Bowie
Bowie é sensacional 👍🤘
Imagine an orchestra performing this ?
I think Bowie would be pleased.
* * check the beck version man👍 it's different
Absolutely, I think!

Mm I don't think that would be a good idea, this song is a masterclass in sparsness. The album version is as dry and minimalistic as it can be and it's one of my favorite Bowie tunes for that.
1977
The camera work and directing and switching cameras and the audio and lighting are all superb. I really like this song, even if I close my eyes, but the production work of the talented crew really enhances this song…cutting to the drummer at right moment for example, then back to David or Gail is really appreciated. Thanks to all involved and thanks for sharing.
superstar champion
pure bliss.. universally understood.. when you are tapped out and waiting on inspiration to come back to you... one of his best
Aww you still good Mr Bowie,, voice just awesome,, love that song. Back 70,80s,,till good it sound, vision,, yeah.

Máster, una pieza sin igual, con su sello y estilo, único David Bowie, mi película favorita es el Laberinto
Bellino,un amore, eppoi anche moltosimpatico!Sound and visione è sempre bella in qualsiasi versione, molto trascinante!...
One of his best!
Asombroso repertorio musical de David Bowie, no tiene comparación
Drummer had those fills spot on to the original version.
Sterling Campbell`s neighbour (and drum teacher) was Dennis Davis the original drummer who played those fills.
Wonderful!!!
Great music
Miss You Sir David Bowie 😔🌹❤️
Recognized the honkytonk piano by Garson? Unbelievable, what a song and what could be made out of it, what a Genius he was. Still muss you Davie Jones😓
OK, but don't mind Slick for smashing the song...😁
Lovely bluesy fills by the incomparable Mike Garson. Could there be a more accomplished and interesting pianist in rock or pop music? Somebody tell me!
תודה רבה כאפרה,תזכה לאריכות ימים
0:55 guitar mistake.............I think its because the bassist started (by mistake) singing early before that part
Awesome and irreplaceable Bowie a rock god genius
Bowie é sempre maravilhoso, mesmo a banda toda e ele estando viajando, né?
that is awesome! Earl Slick is probably my favourite living guitarist on this planet to listen to for so many reasons-his raw, trebley , mid-y but warm tones always, regardless of what type of guitar he is playing. His relaxed attitude to playing the parts. Always in the pocket but doesn't have to be exactly perfect because he wrote most of the parts he plays and he is like Jimi Hendrix and all of my favourite types of players-that rock n roll "devil may care" supremely funky way of playing guitar that Earl Slick himself helped invent and add to. But he fucked up ever so slightly about 50 seconds into the song with that tricky bit!He was probably enjoying the song and playing his part so much that he drifted off and forgot to change, which is something I would do, but hopefully as rarely as he does it. He compensated for it very quickly though.I will have to research if he was the guitar player on the studio version. I don't think he was. But gosh-dang he sounds good. And playing a firebird with a lot of overdrive or fuzz or something. Sounds so awesome. All of bowies band members are so so great too
David the greatest
Only 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😢David Bowie for your music 👏👏👏

Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo
Doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo, doo
Don't you wonder sometimes
'Bout sound and vision?
Blue, blue, electric blue
That's the color of my room
Where I will live
Blue, blue
Pale blinds drawn all day
Nothing to do, nothing to say
Blue, blue
I will sit right down, waiting for the gift of sound and vision
And I will sing, waiting for the gift of sound and vision
Drifting into my solitude, over my head
Don't you wonder sometimes
'Bout sound and vision?
Um bom rock and roll
❤
Genuine nice guy ps I am slightly biased all songs from my collection

@@jl_mendoza Bowie 1:35 - didn't get the first phrase right. Maybe his prompter didn't work properly... Anyhow, great live version!
