I was actually one of the few people who suggested brick rigs in 2020-ish
Also you can go into one of those garages and edit the material to plastic, as they may be using a stronger material making it not have that satisfying crash

If you have high effort In simple planes you can make the crash more realistic by making high poly planes with thousand of parts and adjust every hit point or health on every single part

Hello, nice video here, I definitely appreciate some BrickRigs content by big youtubers!
But I would like to let you note that the twin otter that you used is one stolen from me and has some of its controls messed up.
Also the original has basic instructions inside the cockpit to help flying.
On another point, the crash physics are also very dependent on what the person who created the plane intended the plane to behave structurally, some plane are more meant to crash some other are meant to have a rigid frame and fly well, at the cost of weird damage.

If you're looking for the best kind of crash you're gonna get is a hard landing, or continuous skidding into the ground.
the current game state is much more focused on cars than anything else, and the state of aerodynamic effects in the game is a bit of a joke amongst the building community as the aero gets changed often, so many things won't control the way they were designed.
I have a lot of gripes with it, but i would still absolutely recommend a purchase, its great for just fucking around with friends, or building hideous monstrosities)
also its worth noting that this entire game was made buy a single person, say for a few house assets and whatnot.

I think when you put it on slow motion it also slows down the physics, that's why it's not acting like you're crashing as hard as you really are. You should also try a plane with guns on it and blow up other vehicles that are on the ground (or vice versa).
Besiege has very good crash physics. I find it quite satisfying!

I used to play brick rigs quite often! I quit the game due to a variety of issues, but its interesting to see you play it.
I would suggest stormworks if you want a more "realistic" experience. It requires some technical knowhow, but has a functional flight model.
Wouldnt call it functunial, as gliding dousent exsist, the flight model is better in brick rigs.

I think the reason why it's not much crash physics is because the bigger the vehicle gets the less physics it is, the smaller the plane gets vehicle the more physics it is.
i have been playing this game for a year i think its actualy realy fun i think you should do more and thats just the first version

In brick rigs basically more detailed = more parts, which = less realistic crash because it is very rigid. You want to look for less realistic planes that are specifically designed to crash realistically

Brick rigs is a roleplay game, its not good for a flight simulator, the crash animation is not to crashy for fps reasons
u should play brick rigs again it has alot of new updates it includes new crash physics where momentum is now a thing and it dosent bounce off anymore

Finally! I have been thinking of sending you a request for this game! Also the Twin Otter you tried to crash was in God mode(The vehicle wont break). To disable it just hold I. Another thing you should try is crashing the in a more flet way, like hitting the engines , sso if you make thath the plane will probably blow up.

Swiss001… The video that you watched was in legacy version, in the new version…they kinda broke the crash physics
Go to the branches of the steam game and select legacy, then you will get better physics
Beware about some creations not loading because the new bricks in the new version was not implemented in the legacy version
