Fromsoftware's engine isn't built around destructible environments. They're actually a midsized company, and they're split across multiple projects at any given time. If the environments were destructive, levels couldn't be designed with good cover without completely reworking the whole identity of AC.
@@justletmecomment6453it’s a valid question though, not everything has to be destroyable, but a good example is those turrets at the top of the wall when the player flies upwards, would be cool to at least see the concrete the turret is placed on crumble apart and chip away, when the turret is destroyed during the explosion, these are minor details that would allow them to have destroyable environments without it applying to everything in the world. even the trees would be a good example for them to not just vanish when the mech goes through them, to see trees fly around randomly as you go through them or a missile hits the ground where the trees are would be amazing. these upgrades to their already amazing games would truly take them to another level

@@stighmaM&K most will be using a gaming mouse… back when I played Wow I had a mouse that had 9 key bindings on the side.
Finding a mouse suitable for 4-5 buttons properly spaced should be no problem.
Armored core is a stupid fast paced game… Controller will not be your friend in PvP for most
the only reason why i follow fromsoftware games
This AI boss needs an upgrade to its movement, half the battle it spent trying to fuse with the arena wall instead of fight the player.
Keep in mind for the first half, your partner AC is playing rabbit in front of it.
First half of the fight you have an NPC that took a role as your tank
i chuckled when you tapped the wall
The *bonk*
Please upload the BALTEUS boss mission if you can
DARK SOULS WALL MEME LIVES ON
I'm just here for the Rusty introduction cutscene
What the heck are all the seemingly impossible highway-like ribbons in the sky?
The last time I played a mecha game where my goal was to destroy a bunch of cannons attached to a wall... was Destroy Gunners ZZ
This Is the first mission you actually have to use your brain
I thought we were going to those kid wall thingies WHAT IS THIS!
The voice acting reminds me of the 3rd Person Command and Conquer game for some reason.
It's 2023. Why can't they make these games with destructible environments?
That's exactly what I was thinking the whole video, this seems like the perfect game for it. I've been thinking of a day one purchase but I'm second guessing it now. Just look at Returnal's environments, they did an amazing job with destructible environments.
Any word on dualsense features like haptic feedback and adaptive triggers?
@@City_Lights. great question and i’ve been wondering that heavily since i’ve seen footage in regards to the haptics. i’m safely assuming there isn’t any like returnal or demon souls, otherwise we would’ve heard about it already. another missed opportunity sadly
@@johnh4952 yeah, I doubt they will implement any dualsense features. I might hold off on the preorder and wait for reviews on this one.
Hopefully it will be an awesome game. What platform did you play on? Playstation 5 or PC? Great video. ✌️👍
I played on PC and it ran like a dream. I'm hoping it handles consoles just as well.
@@LoreHunter Thanks for the quick reply. Yes it looks really cool. I'm really looking forward to it and expect it to run very well on PS5. So far, all FromSoft games have always run perfectly on the current generations. I think it will be the next masterpiece from FromSoft. ☺️
V 2 snail sounds like the corporate guy from titanfall 2
Ugh man I want this game out now so I can play it on my GPD WIN 4 looks so good
With in 20 seconds of the game I’m already annoyed by the “targeting” alert sound. Hopefully you can shut that off because that is brutal
Can't freaing wait.
question, is it a pain in the ass to use the right stick to move the camera during combat?
Question do you complain how others play their game then like your own comment cus no one likes salty people?
Hopefully you can get super fast like in full answer. Because I remember the camera couldn't keep up at one point between moving and switching targets
My only pet peeve is how little you customised your AC and left it a dull grey.
I will make pink and yellow camo gundam lol
I feel you man lol. I regret it too, but I did it mostly because I just knew my limited time would disappear if I got into customizing it, the level of detail looks amazing!
9:38 has a lot of meme potential
This AC more like you fight irl... How skill can we be...
So you're the bad guy?...😢 "Corporate dogs" indeed.
Hello LoreHunter
🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿
Anyone else going to be bing watching Code Geass while playing this game?
code what
@LoreHunter Is it possible to show the full gameplay of Sulla, Balteus, and the watchpoint?
I’m not allowed to share any more footage, sorry!
I would kill the play a game of pacific rim with this type of gameplay
I hope this isn’t an insult to AC but it reminds me in some ways of Ace Combat. Which is a very good thing imo.
Somehow this feels like an attack on me.
First time playing an armored core game? You ought to use the boost a lot more
