@@mahdi3521 phlegm is a type of allergy it could be allergy from food, smell, touch, whatever but in my case Im allergic to the weather I live here in Egypt and the weather is kinda not that clean which makes it trigger my allergy and increases secretion of mucus that leads to the phlegm becoming stuck up and thick but it can be treated by using nasal sprays to reduce secretion of music and other life habits like keeping air moist and others you know

When you're a big channel you don't really have to do these things, you can delegate someone to do these things for you, and he has an editor.
