To balance it says unlock 3 axis, then it says unlock tilt axis, but haven’t we just done that in the previous step? It’s not clear that we have all axis locked then unlock tilt axis first. A little confusing.

I know this is an old comment but I thought I would put this on here for others that have this problem in the future. Turn off the gimbal then open the app and while the app is searching for it turn on the gimbal. Works every time when I do that

Please help me, I can't balance the gimbal with my Blackagic 6k pro, its more heavy that the camera that uses in this tutorial. Please, can you show me other form to stabilize the gimbal when you should use more heavy?

I having the same problem. I was so excited to try it , but it has been hours trying to balance my bmpcc 6K and not succeed. I wanted to give it a chance to this brand and after watching so many people and UA-cam using it. Hopefully there is a solution.

I did everything, I retried the update several times via the FEIYU On application but nothing even I tried the update via PC but nothing still remains on the screen

its absolutely impossible to balance this out with Canon 5D MIII with 100ml 2.8 macro or with 24-70 f2.8 II
Yeah I am having real trouble balancing this with Canon 5D even the R. I bought because they said it can. I get one arm almost balanced then it goes askew when I try balance the other arm. I start using it and it shakes up and down like it’s having a fit!
@@darraghkane18 it can balance our 1dx mk2 with 24-105 :)
