- For todays video we take a look at mine and my dads collection of 1/200 aircraft. We almost have every model out on display but there are a few still in there boxes. We are constantly adding to this growing collection. I am still planning on doing review of 1:200 airplanes.

A very nice collection and it was nice to see, especially the Eastern Connie. I was a F/A with Eastern from 1976 to 1989 and I was able to fly on a good many of the models that you have. Of all the A/C that I have flown on, my favorite was the L-1011 and the Lear Jet are on the top of my list.

That aircraft from buffalo cargo is the Curtiss-Wright C-46 Commando for anybody interested :)

You are correct on the four King Fu Panda liveries. Along with the white, red, and yellow liveries you mentioned there was also a gold one.
Yes I think JC Wings did a gold one in 1/200 and 1/400
At 5:32 it is a Curtiss C-46...a cargo plane from ww2 which is still flying commercially in Canada, Alaska, and third world countries.
I gotta get collecting again. Cool pieces man!

cool i only thought you collected construction equipment but with all collectors we have various collections that's cool that you're dad is involved as well i guess those aircraft models can be addicting also

Yes they are all Diecast. The ground support equipment is plastic.

Sweet video, dude. Do any of the refueling aircraft actually have the refueling probe modeled?
Both of the USAF have the refueling booms modeled. The Omega Air Dc10 has the refueling pods that are mounted to the wings.

WoW! great collection, i just got a British Airways Concorde 1:250, and A380-800 House Livery in 1:200.

@@OutbackCM Yeah, A380's are huge, my concorde's small and hard to build.
I almost picked up a Concorde at the Chicago Airplane Collectors show but the UPS A300 was bought instead. Last model I need for my modern UPS fleet!

I'm late but what type of shelf did you use? I currently keep all my models in the boxes because I have no where to put them yet, so I'm looking for ideas and I thought yours looked nice. (Also, love the models :D Where do you buy them? I loved that Hainan 787 Kung Fu Panda Livery, and the cathay 777, very nice models :D)
The shelf’s are laminated wood a believe. We got them from Menards. They come in a bunch of different lengths. They do have a track that needs to be drilled into a stud so they can support the weight.

And a 1:200 model ATR-72 in a retired Taiwanese passenger airline called TransAsia airlines
...and just so you know fine air is a cargo airline like UPS and FedEx express
