This makes a whole lot of sense to me. The idea that you have already been playing golf for 15 minutes before you hit your first tee shot, as opposed to hitting balls randomly, is a game changer. I like the idea of warming up the mind and body separately. Looking forward to trying this out. Thanks. 🙂
I took your advice years ago at the chipping green..one ball at a time....,,,..the chip is for regulation +1, 1st putt is for par and 2nd putt is for boogie. Playing the end game just like I would at the course
this dudes an incredible coach, thank you, and more of this! across the board actual mental coaching like this needs so much more talked about

The banter between you two make these videos better than most.
Love that you like the bantar.
I always tried to get there one hour early and grind grind grind…. I don’t think that has really ever done anything for me. Gonna give this a go.
Thank you for showing us how to really play the game of golf.
Learning to play golf is the key to fun and lower scores. Perfecting the swing can be a painful road.
Another great video, awesome explaination as always.
Thanks again!

Where to go it’s such a great way to improve your game out on the course under pressure
Training session vs warm up session, that makes a lot of sense. I find myself mixing the two.
I think that most players do but PGA pros know the importance of selecting the 2 so they can compete at the highest level.
Guy just got done laying sheet rock in his son’s basement.. straight to the golf course.. good man
